Host was very helpful and patient every time I had a question. The place was very beautiful with a lot of windows if you love sunlight! Area was safe and peaceful.

Small but mighty! This place has a kitchenette as opposed to a full fledge kitchen, however, it completely suited our needs. It reminded me of a European flat — a larger than mini fridge but smaller than you probably have at home, a small stove top but no oven, and a mini dishwasher. Coffee was provided with the Keurig, which we totally enjoyed, and there was an electric kettle that we used for the instant oatmeal we brought. Two small but private bedrooms makes this Airbnb better than a hotel room. The bathroom was small, but nice. The kitchen, dining, and living area was not huge, but it was very well designed to function well and look nice. Linens were well stocked and completely sanitary and comfortable. Beds were decent. Access to the place was easy and convenient. Hosts were top notch with communication, professionalism, and kindness. The location to all things Atlanta was great!

Highly recommend staying here! Phil is a wonderful host and the area is beautiful. Very walkable to great restaurants and piedmont park!

Loved this place. Great directions and communication on checking in and checking out. Lots of restaurants within a few steps away. Very clean and organized I would definitely stay again. Book it you won’t regret it.

This place was suuuuper cute. Love the decor. but the location was spectacular, beautiful neighborhood and lots of stuff within walking distance. the aquarium tickets were a huge bonus and super fun!!

Thomas’ listing is an upstairs loft style stay in the top of a home, so be aware that there are stairs on the outside of the home to enter/exit. His place has all the amenities needed for a stay in Atlanta. It is located in a great part of Atlanta where there is so much to do, and we felt safe staying here. The only downside is lots of city noise and the sound of the Marta, especially if you are a light sleeper, but this is expected in the city. Overall, great stay and thank you for having us, Thomas!

Very comfortable apartment in the middle of action. The apartment itself is well-equipped, with lots of thoughtful touches. Comfortable bed and furniture, everything you need in the kitchen, and nice extra den space if you need to get some work done (or want an extra sleeping space). The location is excellent. There is a great coffee shop in the building, restaurants and wine stores just down the street, and the belt line runs right behind the building. Easy access to everything Atlanta has to offer. Parking is super easy to access and is a big help in this area!!

If we could give 12/10 stars we would. Excellent communication, squeaky clean house, great linens and towels (cotton not cheap polyester). One of the better AB&B I've experienced Looking for homes in the mariettta area we will be staying there again.

Wendy was amazing and so responsive! The home has a very cottage core feel to it and was perfect. I’d caution that because pets are allowed here, might be hard if you have allergies and/or sensitive to pet dander/smell. All in all, Wendy was a super sweet host.

Will was a great host! Very easy to communicate with and had quick response times when we needed assistance. The house had plenty of space to lounge and hangout. Will come back since it’s super close to our location for visit.

Alicia went over and beyond. This is the third time my family has spent approximately a week at this location. Without me telling them, they saw the ages of my children, and made sure there were pack and plays set up for the baby in two separate rooms. The house has a great location, and is cozy, you will feel right at home. My children love the spot and see it as a home away from home at this point. I have used AirBNBs for years, but will continue to use Alicia's spot. If you have children I highly encourage this location.

Everything was impeccable!!! Much better than it looked in the photos!! Amazing!!! We loved the place!

We stayed for four nights. The home is close to many local attractions. Lucas resolved a small issue immediately and was super friendly to work with. The set up is great for kids with lots to entertain them. We were bummed the pool doesn't open until May, which is understandable. If you are planning for a place to stay during Spring Break with a pool, be sure to note the pool is not open yet in April. The bedroom layout was very functional and the beds are comfortable. We would stay again.

Very spacious and clean house. Our family of 8 had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay!
