Vacation rentals with a pool in Middlesex County

Such a beautiful place! The pool was fantastic!! The house is so much better than the pictures even are!!

This is both a gorgeous and comfortable home! The panoramic views of the water just make you smile from the moment you wake up! We visited over New Year’s and enjoyed the outdoor fire pit (great for s'more's!) with views of beautiful holiday lights at night. It was great for unplugging and enjoying family time cooking, playing games, and watching movies and sports . The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We hope to be back again in the future!

Spotless. Well equipped. Quiet, shady gorgeous location. Outdoor dining right off the kitchen was a definite plus!! Farmer's market on the 1st Saturday of the month was fun. Plenty to do and plenty of space to stay and play/relax at our temporary 'home'. Can highly recommend.

Where do I even begin to express how incredible our experience was at Rosegill? We reserved this historic home for my son’s wedding weekend soon after his proposal, and it turned out to be the perfect gathering place. The house offered plenty of space for everyone to relax, laugh, and share fun family stories. One night we found ourselves gathered in the cozy living room, the next casually chatting around the kitchen island. On the day of the wedding, I hosted a brunch for the groomsmen on the back porch—with a stunning view of the water as our backdrop. We were blessed with perfect weather, and after the brunch, the guys even tossed a football around in their suits! One of the most unforgettable moments was the bride and groom’s first look beneath the canopy of 200-year-old trees in the front yard. The lush green grass, graceful trees, and cool breeze coming off the water created a picture-perfect scene—and some truly breathtaking photos. Many thanks to Maria - We will be back!

My family has an amazing stay. The view never got old and it was so wonderful seeing the different colors in the sky throughout the morning and evening. We even had a double rainbow! The dock was awesome, I even jumped in the river! It was clean but a little shallow (about 4 ft at low tide I think). The pool was unreal! So clean and fun. Our family spent hours swimming and playing and laughing! Loved the screened in porch too, was so cool during the storm! Highly recommend! There isn’t a diving board on the pool that was seen in the photos and there were a few minor things that could be fixed but nothing that stopped us from having an amazing stay.

This was such a beautiful, clean and spacious home! We were able to bring our boat and tie it to the pier. We used the saltwater pool and screened porch a lot. The kitchen had every tool we ever needed, and we cooked often. There was an abundance of pool and bath towels. The hosts thought of everything and were wonderful communicators. We would absolutely return!

Our stay at Maria's property in Irvington was very enjoyable. If you're looking for a quiet getaway in VA, this is the place to be. The house was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Maria exceeded our expectations once again. We highly recommend staying here, and we can't wait to come back!

Great location. Igor was very responsive. We did Busch Gardens and Water Country from here. The pool was a great place to hang out on days we didn't have plans. The apartment was spacious and decently equipped kitchen. Our only complaint is squeaky bed which were fairly disruptive, but we still really enjoyed stay. Great value considering what it costs to rent a house these days. Highly recommend Igor's place.

Really nice hotel resort with a great kids pool and close to the parks. We had a wonderful stay in a 2 bedroom unit…no smart TVs so consider bringing a fire stick but other than that it was lovely. Would definitely stay there again

We had a great stay at the colonies. It was a very convenient location close to lots of things to do. The pool area was super fun for all ages! The condo itself was set up nice and worked well for our group of 9

This was my first time using Airbnb, and our host Lisa was great! She was very responsive, answering all of my questions in a timely fashion. The resort that we stayed at was wonderful for our family getaway. It had a great layout for both privacy and family time, walking area around the resort for our dog and peaceful setting. I will definitely look for this option again when choosing a place to stay. Thank you, Lisa, for making this such a great experience for me.

Fantastic area to vacation with family and kids. The waterpark/pool is a lot of fun. Staff was responsive with any questions or concerns (we had a wasps nest on the back patio that was quickly terminated by the on-call maintenence crew). Lots to do in the area, shopping, dining, breweries/wineries, theme parks, local parks, mini golf, etc. Highly recommended!

We have been going the colonies for years but it’s always tough finding a place since it’s not a hotel and is only time shares. The big companies charge a ton and lots of fees. We were lucky to find Nicholas on air bnb. All went perfect and we had a great time.
