Despite being removed from the hustle and bustle of city life, The Spring Hill House is still centrally located, providing easy access to some of Vermont's most popular destinations. Please note: We have a firm no kids policy due to the open loft and stairs.

You will be close to everything the village of Middlebury has to offer when you stay at this centrally-located, light-filled home. A short walk to Middlebury's coffee shops, retail stores, and restaurants. Very close to Middlebury College and just minutes from hiking, biking, skiing, and many other outdoor activities in the mountains and on the shores of Lake Dunmore or Lake Champlain. Perfect for a quiet stay in town or as an adventure home base. Off-street parking for two cars.

Forest Hideaway

Our single story 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located within 30 minutes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas and the quaint towns of Bristol, Richmond and Waitsfield. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails are nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.

This historic 1860's home has been uniquely renovated to feature it's history combined with modern comfort. The kitchen is the focal place in the home which opens into the dining room. Watch the sunset from the back deck or while soaking in the hot tub! Original wood floors, tin ceilings, doors/door handles, etc. will take you back in time. This oasis in town provides back yard gardens and walking distance to downtown shops/restaurants.

Vermont Highland

Large private home built in 1890. Stained glass windows, pocket doors. 4 bedrooms, 9 beds ...two of the bedrooms have 1 queen and a daybed with trundle, third bedroom has 1 queen and fourth bedroom has a daybed with a trundle (this room is still awaiting some floor work but is function-able for sleeping) and a full size couch can be used as well in the TV room which has doors for privacy.
