Vacation rentals with a patio in Middle Park

We were in Melbourne for a sports event in St Kilda. This was in perfect location, walking distance from really nice places to eat and drink, as well as the St Kilda beach. Really nicely presented place. Enjoyed our stay.

Unbelievable!!! If you’re thinking of booking here, do it. Why tho you ask ? Well, firstly the location is unbelievable right in the middle of south yarra which is definitely the nicest place in Melbourne, a train station and a tram line just 5 minutes away which is so convenient for us when travelling around. Furthermore, the apartment is so home like. We were considering asking if we could rent long term as it’s that nice. Feel right at home and it’s got everything you need for a short or long stay (we stayed 2 week). Also the bed is soooo comfortable and we had such amazing sleeps. Tv was also a nice touch, we watch so many films in the evening as it was so comfortable in the apartment. Shops were so close so getting food in was easy. Going to CBD was so easy. Just an amazing experience here and made us love south yarra and it will be a time to always remember in Melbourne. 10/10

We love our 10days stay. Check in was easy, undercover parking. Angela was prompt to reply to queries. Friendly even offer to meet to give access cards. Separate place to do work was great. Will come back to stay if need to be close to MSAC.

We had such a wonderful stay! Karen is a fantastic host with exceptional and thorough communication. The apartment is modern, clean and stocked with all the amenities you may need. Located on a beautiful and quiet street in the heart of St Kilda, close to the beach, the newly renovated St Kilda Pier, bars and restaurants with ample on street parking. I would highly recommend Karen's apartment for your next St Kilda stay.

This was our third stay at 'Albert View'. Great apartment. Close to public transport, restaurants and convenient stores. The view is magnificient - St. Kilda Boulevard, Botanic Gardens and the city skyline. Anna is a great host, very approachable and always available to assist with any inquiries. Highly recommended. We will be back again soon - a home away from home!

Lovely little apartment, exactly as described, with everything needed. The little balcony was perfect for a morning coffee or evening wine. The IGA and Woolworths nearby were handy, as was the tram stop just outside the door. Debbie provided excellent recommendations in the welcome pack, as well as detailed instructions for check in and a great little tip sheet in the apartment itself. Will happily book again - thank you!

Myself and two friends stayed at Katie’s for the weekend while we were doing The Bloody Long Walk. It was so nice to have a comfortable haven to stay in after a 35km walk!! Katie’s place is in a great spot with close access to local restaurants, the beach and shopping. We had a great stay and would highly recommend!

Perfect place for our family to enjoy Melbourne’s city neighborhood lifestyle. Walkable to cafes and restaurants serving delicious food. We were close to everything yet able to retreat and enjoy peace and quiet at home. Amanda went above and beyond as a host ensuring throughout our stay we had everything we needed (we did) and provided many recommendations on things to do during our stay.

Location & Comfort! If you are looking for a cosy place to relax that is close to great eateries, shopping & public transport then Paula’s place is just perfect. We stayed here for 2 nights & wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Comfy beds & couch, well equipped kitchen & beautiful big bathroom. Found a car park quite easily near the house on arrival & didn’t use the car again until we departed as everything was in walking distance. Paula was a great host - responsive, welcoming & helpful.

We stayed at Kerin’s beautiful home for a multi generational family celebration and it was superb!! The house has everything you need for multiple guests - beds were all comfortable, linen was gorgeous, heaps of glassware, crockery & platters etc. We loved the massive antique dining table, lamps everywhere for a dreamy cosy vibe, and two different lounge areas plus a great outdoor area meant we never felt crowded despite our numbers. The parking permits were so helpful for us as were the miki cards for public transport. Our host Kerin was kind, accommodative and very thoughtful. Location was also amazing for city, St Kilda, Chapel St, MCG and an easy drive to airport. We would highly recommend Kerin and this home for any trip to Melbourne - you will be made to feel so welcome at every turn.

We had a very nice stay in Alan’s house. It was very comfortable and well furnished. Walkable to Port Melbourne, Albert Park, the beach and South Melbourne markets. Alan had very good communication with us, very responsive. We will be back.

House is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Excellent communication with the host. My child left behind a motion sensor light under the pillow and we managed to retrieve it by texting host on communication channel. He even went to meet us to pass it back to us several days later.Thank you so much! ◡̈

Anthony put a lot of time and care into this listing. Everything was well stocked and the place was very welcoming with gifts of Prosecco and lollies. He was extremely responsive and made sure that we were well taken care of

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Melanie at her gorgeous home! We had a brilliant stay and loved the neighbourhood. It was close enough to walk into town and to local pubs, cafes etc. The home was immaculate and luxurious with lots of exotic touches. We really appreciated the extras that Melanie provided, i.e. quality bathroom products, and a well set up kitchen. Also Melanie owns an amazing restaurant, Grain Store in Flinders Lane, which we visited twice during our stay.. highly recommended! We loved our visit and will be back!

Beautiful spacious apartment; was perfect for our young family of four. Conveniently located next to the high street with all the shops and restaurants we needed. Graham was also friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I had a fabulous stay. The apartment is in a stunning building looking directly onto the South Melbourne Market. The kitchen was a delight to cook in and the underfloor heating in the bathroom a luxury. The bedroom is very peaceful and quiet ensuring restful sleep. It’s a very beautiful apartment. I really appreciated the quality and attention to detail. Highly recommend a stay.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

Tamar’s place was exactly as described in an unbeatable location and stocked with all amenities and the view from the balcony was spectacular . It’s a prefect place to explore Melbourne and easy to travel using public transport. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Melbourne.

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁

We absolutely loved our stay. Jodie & Ella were great at communicating from the time we booked the place. The location was great, the apartment was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The hosts were so lovely and accomodating. During our stay the lift was not working however the hosts went above and beyond in ensuring everything went smoothly for us. I could not recommend a better place if you’re looking to stay in St Kilda. One of the best getaways I’ve had so far.
