Nearby are many activities for young and old: Boomkroonpad, several museums, old village centers such as Orvelte, beautiful hiking and cycling routes and not to mention cozy restaurants.

Our bungalow is perfect for 2 people in a very beautiful area in Drenthe. Large room, bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor (65 m2). Bed made. Towels and kitchen linens are provided. Located in a bungalow park; all information about the park can be found on the website of "Het Hart van Drenthe". From our cottage, you can walk into the woods for a lovely walk. Bicycles can be safely stored in the shed. We do the cleaning ourselves. There is no TV and no dishwasher (yet).

Centrally located near Assen, the city of Groningen is 30 minutes away and close to the villages of Orvelte and Westerbork. The park facilities can be used during the day, such as the indoor pool.

As a child, we have been to Drenthe many times. It's a beautiful province. The peace, the beautiful surroundings. We'd like to share it with you.

Cottage on the Heath

Cottage on the Hei is located behind our farm on a large hectare of land, in a protected nature reserve just outside Dwingeloo in Drenthe. A special place, because you literally walk up the heath from our yard. No traffic, no neighbors, no crowds. The adventure starts on arrival, because in order to reach our cottage you must drive a short kilometer on a sandy road. This road is not accessible to traffic. Much quieter you won't get it in the Netherlands!
