Very clean, spacious and quiet house; the garage is a plus for the car but also the bikes. Comfortable bedding. Kitchen amenities work but the fridge sometimes makes a surprising helicopter noise and the built-in oven deserves to be fixed. Good communication with Valerie, very responsive.

YOU FOUND YOUR NEXT STAY - You don’t have to look any further, this is the place. It was so peaceful and relaxing to stay here. I honestly wish we could have stayed longer. We even plan to come back and that’s traveling from the USA so it’s not a quick trip, but it was just such a great place. It’s a very short drive (15 minutes) to Bruges and only 30 minutes to the coast. We loved exploring the area and having this wonderful place to come back to. Even more amazing is the host, Pieter-Jan. Super responsive, amazingly nice, and a GREAT chef. When you’re offered breakfast and dinner, I also recommend taking him up on that. Really I couldn’t be happier with this stay.

We loved this place, the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet but within walking distance of the center of Bruges! Breakfast was amazing! We would highly recommend it!

Arnold and his wife are just lovely, they are friendly and welcoming, we really felt great during our stay. Their place is appropriate for families with kids, we traveled with sour seven years old daughter and is just appropriate and fantastic. The locations is very easy to reach from the bus station by bus and once in the house you can reach the historic center by waking. The surroundings are beautiful, you can see the old mills, the canals, ancient houses and buildings, etc. The breakfast is great! I strongly recommend Arnold's place for family travel, you feel safe and at home.

This is the most wonderful and satisfying experience I have had since using airbnb, so I would like to thank the host Nathalie for providing us with such high quality and comfortable service.How should I describe this wonderful place?I think it's best to start from its location.Indeed, it is not located in the center of Brussels Old Town, and it can be said to be on the edge of the Old Town, but it is not remote for tourists. It is only 600 meters to the most central Market Square. You can walk all the way from the street at the door without turning.Walking in the opposite direction of the city center, less than 100 meters away is the green park surrounding the old city, which is a great place for morning and evening walks.The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the train station. If you have luggage and it is not convenient to walk, there are three free shuttle buses every hour, and the station is only 70 meters from the apartment door.As for the apartment itself, it is really a very unique place, it is three in one - the shop on the first floor (behind is the restaurant and kitchen), the owner's room on the second floor (the shower room and toilet are in the hallway, outside is the terrace), and the room on the third floor.Hostess Nathalie is a text craft artist. This house is her studio. The shop on the first floor displays and sells crafts she made herself. She lives on the second floor and converted the attic on the third floor into a guest room to receive tourists from all over the world.Nathalie has put a lot of thought and effort into the renovation and decoration of this house, not to mention the studio and shop, from the overall style and color selection and matching, the kitchen countertop, the selection of tableware, to the drawing and baking of the tile pattern next to the bathroom sink, as well as the lace sheets her mother made for the room, not only can you appreciate her style and taste, but also see how much she loves life.She has carefully depicted her love for life and the city of Bruges in the travel guides for her guests, from attractions to restaurants, from shopping streets to specialty shops, from Belgian fries and waffles to chocolate shops, everything is meticulously thought out.Every guest who reads this information will become a travel expert in Brussels.Finally, the hostess Nathalie herself, what an elegant, wise, hardworking, enthusiastic, and approachable woman.Breakfast time every day is the most anticipated and most enjoyable time for us.Nathalie personally cooks us local specialty breakfasts every day, although not as rich as the English or continental breakfasts in the hotel, but we enjoy her dedication and casual conversation with her more.Our conversations are all over the place, but our core values are surprisingly consistent - love of life, openness, tolerance, and understanding.When I said goodbye, I sincerely told Nathalie that she was welcome to travel to China. Bart is a very welcoming and generous host, always attentive, available, and attentive! I was looking for a quiet place to work and find inspiration and couldn't fall better. The studio is bright and comfortable and has beautiful wood paneling with light hues. It has everything you need at your disposal and it feels like a little cocoon. The surrounding vegetation is beautiful and the house is conveniently located between dunes and seaside. Ideal place for beautiful walks!

We had a lovely weekend, we were hosted very well by Sophie. The sea is less than 5 minutes' walk away. The apartment has various products available (beauty, cleaning, food), clean place, very large comfortable bed, TV larger than in the photo and very nice terrace.

We had a wonderful quick getaway at Tina's place! She was so responsive, and the apartment was spotless and looked just like the photos. The views were truly amazing, and the morning beach walks were such a treat. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

We had a wonderful time in this cozy apartment. It’s very central and you can reach everything you need within 10-30min by walking. The apartment was well cleaned and tidied up.

We really enjoyed our stay in Johan & Clara’s Airbnb. The communication beforehand was really friendly. It never took a long time to get an answer. Our room was comfy and clean. We loved staying here for a few nights, it was perfect. It was a little out of the centre so it was quieter, but only took 5 minutes to walk there. The bed and breakfast was very cute and Tineke was super helpful with recommendations and more!
