Wonderful stay, huge balcony with beautiful view of the bay. Very comfortable bedding and good quality linen and towels supplied. We will be returning to this property again.

Great location, a short walk to the town with lots of amenities or a short walk to the stunning Dutchman's beach. The only downside was the building site next door who started early... But not a problem if you're an early riser!

You can enjoy more than you expect; walking, golfing, watching(even we saw a dolphin family in front of my eyes), fishing, barbecue, and so on. Lorna provided every instruction on how to find the house and stay there without any inconvenience. Thanks, we really enjoyed staying.

Perfect base for a family holiday in CoffsHarbour. The unit is directly across the road from the surf beach, the central pool was perfect and within walking distance to Coffs Creek and the SLC for brunch and lunch. The unit is in a quiet estate of 18, all residents very considerate. The unit itself was perfect for our needs - well stocked kitchen with pots, pans etc. AC upstairs and down was great, BBQ and courtyard was perfect for dinners. I agree with other reviews that the place is a wee bit tired - it's perhaps showing its age slightly but absolutely perfect for a week long holiday rental. The only draw back was no wifi meaning we couldn't really usethe ipads and couldn't connext the TV to Chrome cast. Definitely not the end of the world! Would 100% stay again.

Stayed with young children in Sarah’s place. It was perfect. We walked and scooted everywhere. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Great location and felt like home! Had an amazing holiday in Hawks Nest at Sandy Feet. It was just want we needed! The location is perfectly central to the beaches, shops and restaurants. The house was fully equipped with little extras like plenty of dishwasher tablets, and washing powder so we could feel right at home without rushing to the shops to find the essentials to live there for a week. Justin and Karen gave us a great tip to check out the NYE fireworks at Jimmy’s beach which was such a special night with all the families on the beach at sunset.

"Boom 7 Serenity by the Beach was a fantastic stay! The property is well-maintained and offers great amenities. The pool was clean and not crowded, making it perfect for a relaxing swim. We loved the tennis court, complete with bats and balls, which added to the fun. The kitchen was spotless and had everything we needed, and having three bathrooms (including one outdoor) was super convenient. It was a peaceful and enjoyable experience, and we had a lot of fun. Highly recommend for a serene getaway!"

We had a great stay here in Lake Cathie. It’s walking distance to the beach, not far from Lake Cathie Tavern and perfect to fit our 2 x families of 4.

Fantastic property with all the relevant amenities as per the ad description. The location was great too as it’s close to the local shopping centre and the beach. We’ll definitely return in the future!

If you’re looking for that home away from home this is the place! The home was absolutely spotless and perfectly described in every way. Great communication for check in and check out. Extremely accommodating and very thoughtful! 10 out of 10. Would recommend!

Excellent location, sunset beach at your doorstep, fantastic with our little kids as we could walk down when the tide was out.

Great place to stay especially for 2 couples travelling together as had separate bedroom, bathroom and sitting areas on 2 levels. Very clean throughout, well stocked kitchen, walking distance to town and good to have some access to wifi. Kiri responded to contact almost immediately and was extremely accomodating when we required a last minute change of dates when the cyclone was predicted to threaten our home. Would love to stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Paul’s and Michaeli’s beach retreat. The house is spacious, with a well equipped kitchen and lots of thoughtful touches like a welcome breakfast hamper. The outlook to the tropical garden and ocean view make it really special place even in the rain. We also appreciated the internal door to the garage. We hope to visit again in better weather so we can enjoy the deck and beach.

It was a great little trip with the sun out having the beach only 30 seconds away. The kids loved the space inside and out. The area was so peaceful and the locals were very nice and found some great food at Old Bar Tavern

We had a lovely stay, very spacious, clean and well set up unit with penty of parking. Definitely recommend for small groups looking to explore PMQ!
