Townhome vacation rentals in Mid North Coast

Pinehurst of Cooks Hill was perfect for our needs. It was found very clean and the kitchen was really well stocked with all the essentials including excellent cooking utensils (not that we did much cooking!). We had everything we required for a wonderful holiday. Communication with Sean was very easy with prompt responses. The location was also perfect, we could walk nearly everywhere, and it was in close proximity to the Tourist Information Centre, Museum and waterfront. There were nice parks nearby and the Restaurants we very close. Thank you Sean for sharing your place with my family.

We spent a lovely week at Victoria’s place and really enjoyed ourselves. The townhouse is private & very spacious. At our maximum, we had 8 people staying and still felt like there was room for everyone. Instructions were clear & there is a booklet provided on arrival which clarifies any further questions & provides some good recommendations. Couldn’t be closer to the beach or Sawtell town. We had elderly grandparents with us and found the townhouse to be very walkable for them to local restaurants and well equipped. A fantastic stay

We had some wonderful days spent at Cass's place. Beautiful furnishings, great appliances and well equipped. A stone throw to the beach and 10mins drive to Port Macquarie center. Checking in was easy. Cass was also very kind to provide fresh flowers in the apartment. Overall, 5-stars accommodation and highly recommended for anyone looking for a cosy stay at Port Macquarie.

You can enjoy more than you expect; walking, golfing, watching(even we saw a dolphin family in front of my eyes), fishing, barbecue, and so on. Lorna provided every instruction on how to find the house and stay there without any inconvenience. Thanks, we really enjoyed staying.

Perfect base for a family holiday in CoffsHarbour. The unit is directly across the road from the surf beach, the central pool was perfect and within walking distance to Coffs Creek and the SLC for brunch and lunch. The unit is in a quiet estate of 18, all residents very considerate. The unit itself was perfect for our needs - well stocked kitchen with pots, pans etc. AC upstairs and down was great, BBQ and courtyard was perfect for dinners. I agree with other reviews that the place is a wee bit tired - it's perhaps showing its age slightly but absolutely perfect for a week long holiday rental. The only draw back was no wifi meaning we couldn't really usethe ipads and couldn't connext the TV to Chrome cast. Definitely not the end of the world! Would 100% stay again.

Awesome location walking distance to river,parks,restaurants,shops also had an amusment park at the time which made it even better 3min by car to patrolled beach splendid clean pool not to deep for little ones 1.2m. Little run down unit but very clean and has everything one possibly can have to feel at home including surround sound tv unit highly recommended place will definitely come back Thank you!!!!

Great location and felt like home! Had an amazing holiday in Hawks Nest at Sandy Feet. It was just want we needed! The location is perfectly central to the beaches, shops and restaurants. The house was fully equipped with little extras like plenty of dishwasher tablets, and washing powder so we could feel right at home without rushing to the shops to find the essentials to live there for a week. Justin and Karen gave us a great tip to check out the NYE fireworks at Jimmy’s beach which was such a special night with all the families on the beach at sunset.

Great stay, very tidy and had great communication with Den. Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay especially for 2 couples travelling together as had separate bedroom, bathroom and sitting areas on 2 levels. Very clean throughout, well stocked kitchen, walking distance to town and good to have some access to wifi. Kiri responded to contact almost immediately and was extremely accomodating when we required a last minute change of dates when the cyclone was predicted to threaten our home. Would love to stay again.

Lovely house, close to beach and amongst nature.

Overall this stay was really nice. The place was clean and tidy and retrieving the keys after hours was organised very quickly and easily. The location was/is amazing, pretty much right in town but no noise at all. We were a short walk from the center, shops, resturant, water and much more. Communication was really good, and we ended up having to communicate with them a bit more than usual especially surrounding one rule that was not advertised (a checkout time of 9:00am during summer instead of the 10:00am as advertised). Given that the group had an infant and we had planned around the 10:00am checkout as listed we contacted Forster Accommodation and they made an exception for us with the intent to fix up that discrepency on the Air BnB website. Overall, fantastic location, clean and tidy accomodation and great communication. Highly recommended.

A spacious townhouse in a quiet location. Short pleasant walk to a convenience store and cafe. This was a great place for us to stay with our adult children. It was lovely to be up high with a district view, and we felt cosy despite this weekend’s wild weather.

My family had a wonderful time at Jacqui’s place! Very relaxing time. The location is amazing, walking distance to the beach and only a quick drive from shops with fantastic restaurants and shops with amazing views. The beaches you feel like in a paradise. The yard is a highlight and offers a spectacular view of beautiful trees. It is the perfect garden to relax, have a nice cup of tea listen the birds. The beds are so comfy. Everything is set up to make you feel at home. Jacqui is also a hospitable host, surprising us with a few treats on arrival which thoroughly enjoyed.

We had a wonderful stay for an extended family getaway. The house design provides lots of separate areas to relax. Location is great, we bought our boat and used the dedicated dock on the wharf. Having this made boating so much easier and quicker. The pool in the complex is large and deep and heated I think. There is a huge open parkland beside the complex for games of cricket, soccer, footy etc, right on the waterfront. Comfortable furnishings and some great basic supplies in the kitchen…well stocked functional kitchen also! Would definitely stay again.

We had such a wonderful time at Paul’s lighthouse retreat. It was beautifully appointed, well presented and clean. I loved being able to walk to the beach each morning for a quick swim before breakfast. The town house had everything we needed. The enclosed garage was an added bonus. Highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful escape but still very much accessible to everything Port Macquarie has to offer

This has been one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed! Beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the ocean and mountains, very well equipped home with everything at your fingertips. Tracy was a great host and so thoughtful for the Easter weekend with our families. We absolutely loved our stay. Highly recommend!
