Vacation home on the edge of the forest near Heidelberg

Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.) our recessed pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Stay at the historic town hall

It doesn't get more central than that. And a large parking lot less than 3 minutes away. The newly renovated and newly equipped vacation home is - as the name suggests - located directly at the historic town hall. Right next door is the well-known restaurant "Drei Hasen," just a few steps away you will find the pastry chef world champion Bernd Siefert, who is well-known from radio and television. Or you can pamper yourself in the Rathausbräu, the restaurant of the actress Jessica Schwarz. Or visit the city garden...

Living in a farmhouse

You will be staying on the ground floor of the converted side building of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for the heat on the farm. Here there are still 20 chickens with fresh eggs every day, 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, sitting area, fireplace in the garden are free of charge. Costs for sauna in addition €15 per sauna session for 2 people in consultation on site, or bookable is walking with the horses.

Das in 2020 fertig gestellte Ferienhaus bietet auf 57qm zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essbereich, Bad + Regendusche sowie eine finnischen Sauna (50-70 Grad), Holzofen ein Ambiente, das selbst kalte und regnerische Tage behaglich macht. Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Quietly located accommodation, not far to the A5 and A67 highways. A closed 3-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom on the first floor. Fully equipped with kitchen, dining table, living room, TV, Wi-Fi, private bathroom with shower. Everything newly renovated and furnished with attention to detail. Located in Hüttenfeld, a small suburb of Lampertheim. A village shop and a pizzeria are within walking distance. Young, friendly and uncomplicated hosts who look forward to every single guest!

Between Spessart and Odenwald 1-6 people +2 small children

The house is situated in a rural district, in a quiet residential area. To Wertheim Reinhardshof about 6 km, Wertheim city center 10 km, Wertheim Village 16 km. To the Tauber Valley cycle path approx. 2 km, to the Main Valley cycle path approx. 10 km. The surroundings, Spessart and Odenwald are very popular with hikers. Many attractions are in the vicinity. We are happy to help you plan your excursions. In the village there is a bakery with groceries. The closest supermarket is 6 km away.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. You live in a historic building, built in 1799 by the Princes of Mainz as a forestry administration, in Rippberg - a district of the pilgrimage town of Walldürn in the Odenwald region of Baden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay.
