The stay was great! My boyfriend and I felt really comfortable with the space and enjoyed spending our time in a peaceful place. Very easy check in and check out as well! Would recommend to everyone!

Check-in was smooth, and Sherika was super responsive and kind throughout the stay. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area!

Comfy little apartment with a good desk to work from and a kitchen you can use. The bed is one of those memory foam mattresses so it is quite soft - depends on you if you like those. We appreciate the coffee pods and water you left us

This place was perfect for what we were looking for, private and quiet. Perfect!

This place was immaculate. White everything and so fresh and clean. It was kept so cool and dry. Santiago’s mother was waiting patiently for us even though we were late and was very kind. The kitchen has fresh spices available and all paper goods. The bathroom even has a soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser for those who forgot something. It’s a quiet area, close to where we needed to go. Neighbors are quiet and friendly, often walking pets in the morning. I would 1000% stay again!

Glen was very responsive to my questions via messages. he was quick to respond. The neighborhood was urban, but fine. thank goodness for the ice machine and the air conditioner...which was loud, but that was fine. Parking was super close to the room. Room was small, but very clean and the fridge is so cute. We loved the shower. Thanks for everything.

Communication with Host was easy and fast, he was very responsive all the time. You had everything you needed, small fridge, microwave, electric stove, Keurig Coffee maker, tea, sugar, creamers, bathroom, TV, Wi-fi, parking spot, shampoo and conditioner. I mean everything. Only downside is that they didn’t have chamomile tea. haha, JK! For real, they had everything you needed and they welcomed us with a sprite, coke, water and crackers. Everything was clean and organized and we slept like a baby. From check in to check out everything was perfect. Thank you again Francisco. We will definitely be going back.

I stayed at John’s place for over a week and had absolutely no issues. John was an incredible host and readily available whenever I needed him. Very kind!!! The place was very clean, you could smell the cleanliness when you walked in. And the neighbors were very kind as well. Also super close to the beach, airport and tons of restaurants. Check in was clear and I was able to arrive late at night no issues. Place looks identical to pictures. I would definitely recommend this place!

Thank you so much Angel!! We had the most awesome stay! Angel was very responsive and helpful. Place was clean, was just like pictures and we enjoyed the pool several times, such a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

The place was beautiful looked even better than the photos, the bed was super comfortable, view was extremely beautiful, only problem was I wish it was more towels I asked for them but nobody ever brought them. Other than that everything was great, also be prepared to pay at least $40-50 a day for parking. Great host he was there right away to help with check in and gave us a better rate for parking which was $40 a day.

Nice unit with just enough space. nice view and amenities. Design district has,a lot to do and location makes Miami easy to navigate and get around. Well priced.

This is the third year in a row we have stayed with Nomada. Everything is perfect, as usual. If you are looking for a worry-free place to stay, you should not keep looking. You can book with confidence, knowing you're in the best place to stay in Miami for the price they charge for the accommodation. My next trip to Miami will be with Nomada again.

Excelente atención, Juan me ayudó en todo momento con mis inquietudes, él respondía super rápido… el lugar es tal cual las fotos, muy limpio todo, las sábanas impecables, la vista del departamento espectacular, me gustó que su ubicación te queda cerca a todo a la playa, a lugares turísticos como el brickell, bayside, etc, no alcancé a ir a la piscina por el tiempo ya que me dediqué hacer turismo en la Ciudad pero algo que me agradó fue que en el mismo lugar del departamento en la parte baja puedes disfrutar del bar y restaurante, volvería sin lugar a duda!!!!

My stay here at Kevin’s listing was great it was in a quiet area that had a lot of food and shopping options in the immediate area, the space was clean and comfortable . Kevin was friendly and reached out with check in instructions in sufficient time prior to my visit. I would definitely stay here again !!
