Well appointed with lovely intentional touches and decor. Everything you need is available and it felt really peaceful and private. Great big comfy bed, perfect place for a nice long sleep in.

Great stay perfect for what we were after! Location and views were on point! Kayaks were great with the dads and toddlers in the morning and firepit was great at night for when the kids were in bed. Swans can and visited one lovely and one a bit angry but otherwise fine. Road next to the house was a bit busy and noisy but that’s the only fault if I was looking for one. Thank you so much for a great stay for a much needed break!

We had a group of 7 stay and there was plenty of space for all. Clean and tidy, good location! Had a great stay!

Kate was exceptionally helpful and went out of her way to welcome us in person to her beautiful home. The place was exactly as the pictures showed - clean and cosy. We loved the shampoos and shower gel too! The chocolates on the towels was a nice warm welcome too and my son appreciated that. We had our dog with us and she absolutely loved running around in the big backyard that is also fully fenced. There are some games in the lounge which we enjoyed playing as well. In terms of location, we are within walking distance to plenty of playgrounds, beach, parks, shops and the nearest coffee shop was just round the corner. Highly recommend!

Our stay at summers home was even better than we expected. It was a very spacious home and well appointed. Plenty of lounges and chairs to sit on to accommodate many guests and plenty of beds which were extremely comfortable and a full sized kitchen and Butlers pantry that had everything we required. It was in a good location. You could walk to the beach and many cafes and shops. Fishing rods , boogie boards and surfboards were also there if you wanted to use them. Summer was very accommodating in letting us have an early check-in which enabled us to start our holiday earlier than expected. I would definitely go back to summer‘s house as we all had a very enjoyable time there.

Gus is the perfect host! Everything was so well thought out and we had everything we could possibly need. Instructions were clear and detailed and we felt right at home as soon as we stepped in. It was just what we wanted for our siblings getaway trip!

We had an overnight stay here & wish it was for longer! The place is so nice and clean, and had everything we needed. We had a wedding that commenced at 2pm, and the hosts were able to accommodate us with an early check in and were so easy to communicate with. If we ever need somewhere to stay in Hope Island again, we will definitely be back 😊

Thanks for a wonderful weekend! Rare to find a place with plenty of bedrooms and beds for a group getaway in such a central location, close to beach, breweries, coles, restaurants and more. Pool was lovely, living areas well presented, and in a very quiet neighborhood.

Perfect location, relaxed cottage with all the facilities you could ask for. Perfect for dogs, kids and adults alike. Two minute walk from the beach, 5 minute drive from all the offerings of Broadbeach and in a quiet residential area away from the gold coast crazies.

We really enjoyed our stay! A lovely view and great use of the space downstairs. Awesome hosts made for a great experience from reservation to checkout!

We had a lovely stay at Elaine and Geoff’s place! The check in was flexible, we had an early morning flight and they allowed us to come straight to our stay instead of having to wait around which was awesome. The house was spotless, and came equipped with everything we could have possibly needed, one of the most hospatible stays i’ve had in a long time. The thought that these two lovely people put into making your holiday something to remember is truly special. The outdoor area is perfect, and you find yourself losing track of time when you’re in the pool. Their 2 dogs were a highlight aswell, an absolute adore. We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful English-style house! It was the perfect setting for a group getaway—spacious, stylish, and so well-equipped with everything we could possibly need (and more). The surrounding nature was absolutely magical. We spent our mornings with a coffee in hand, listening to the creek running and the birds singing—so peaceful and grounding. The whole place had such a calm and welcoming energy, and it made our time together truly memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy a little slice of nature in total comfort. We'll definitely be back!

Great little guest suite for 2 people and 2 dogs. Easy drive to Tugun beach and along the coast. Helpful host, and a quiet street to relax after the beach.

Rafael's place is similar to a studio apartment/granny flat. The kitchennete was good. Bed was comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space to avoid clutter. The granny flat had a separate entrance gate even when it is behind the main house. Fully fenced yard and deck at the back. Very good place to stay and not too far to drive to Surfers Paradise. Backyard was great to have for the dogs. We had to go home a day earlier due to the wild weather. He is a very responsive host.

We absolutely loved our stay at Natalie's place. Perfect for couples and furbabies with stunning surrounds and a fully fenced yard. Natalie even left a water bowl and treat for our dog. Hope to stay again soon ✨

Kelly was so lovely, helpful and welcoming. The massive fenced yard was amazing for my dog, he was very happy and had a ball. The area felt very peaceful and private. Kelly has styled the place so beautifully, I loved staying here and she also generously left fresh eggs in the fridge that were there on arrival. I would highly recommend a stay here.
