Fantastic place, spacious, clean and great outdoor decking and pool areas. House has all needed amenities including good laundry and is very private. Access was easy and plenty of parking available. Perfect for families. Location is 3 mins from Benowa Village shopping centre which is very convenient. Support and communication from Janett was also great. We had a wonderful stay!

Fabulous home, super comfy beds and pillows, spacious kitchen, spectacular outlook, can’t complain at all-Matt was incredible responsive and helpful. Highly recommend

Great place to stay, quiet location, walking distance to the beach. Cleve sent clear instructions prior to arrival which made check in super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Staying at Karen’s place was an absolute pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and sparkling clean, and Karen was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended!

Really really good, might be good to mention the roadworks on Gold Coast Hwy so make sit difficult to get onto the street.

It was a Home away from home for us whilst visiting our daughter. It Has everything you need, we would definitely stay again. Patrick and Karen were very responsive hosts

We had a nice 2 night stay at Natalie's apartment in Burleigh Heads. the place was very clean and spacious. The only downside (totally out of Natalie's control) was the works on the main road out the front of the apartment and the bright lights from the building across the park (an eye mask would help with that). Natalie had fantastic communication and very friendly to communicate with. Nice and close to 3 breweries, a distillery and Coles and Aldi just 450m walk down the road. We would highly recommend staying at this accommodation.

Had a lovely stay at Lincoln’s place. The house was exactly as described and extremely clean and neat. Beautiful home!

Could have felt more like home and Mandy was diligent about checking in and was very responsive. Centrally located nearby Nobby and Mermaid, so very easy to get around. The accommodations were great and made a two week trip so easy. Many thanks for great hospitality and the house. Totally trivial in the grand scheme, but just a helpful hint to others, the markings for the stove burners and oven have worn and make cooking a little adventurous, so start slow and feel your way around with some trial and error. Because of our stay duration we cooked ourselves a few times and everything worked great. Totally irrelevant if you're dining out or getting take away. It was our first trip to AUS and Mandy made us feel very welcome.

Christine & Andy were wonderful hosts! They responded quickly and clearly to all of our questions and were very welcoming ☺️ We will definitely recommend their place to friends and family and will likely come back ourselves 💕

I stay up the mountain every year for my birthday . This was my fav stay by far . Hosts went out of their way to ensure the stay was fantastic . We stayed in the house for the entire stay . It was the the most relaxing stay . We spent our hours by the fire just looking outside enjoying the view . I highly recommend this home and the hosts ! Thank you for making my birthday stay one to remember !

Cannot recommend this place enough, it’s so clean and cute. Perfect location, beautiful property and the host is beyond accommodating. She went out of her way to help us, was so responsive and kind. So friendly and welcoming. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

Nice and clean. It was so great that Estelle let us early which is so great. Love the bathroom bath and wash stuff smells amazing. amazing apartments would love to go back. My dogs had the best time going to the beach which is walking distance. Thank you

We had such a lovely stay, the guest house is very spacious and modern. The bathroom is huge (always a winner) and its very private. There is a fabulous outlook and a lovely outdoor area. The kitchen is big and very well stocked, the bed and linen was very comfortable. The property is fully fenced so the fur babies were safe and there's a pool! The entire guest house is very spacious. Easy street parking and good WIFI. Hayley was a pleasure to deal with, very responsive and helpful. Not sure about public transport so you do need a car but there are plenty of spots to shop, eat and drink a 2-minute drive down the road and the beach is very close. Would happily stay again.

Excellent value for a place that’s a few mins walk from world class beaches. I really appreciated being able to stay there with my dog. Even though it is an older building, inside was great and welcoming. I didn’t mind the stairs up as I’m used to them. Everything you need and Chris was friendly and helpful.

The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and in a fantastic location close to everything you’d want in Burleigh. Chris was truly one of the kindest and most caring hosts we’ve ever had — so thoughtful, communicative, and genuinely invested in making our stay as comfortable as possible. The space was stylish and well-equipped, and little touches like the board games and streaming setup made it feel like home. It’s also walking distance to great restaurants, bars, shops, and the beach — we couldn’t have asked for a better base.

Great location! You don’t need to drive anywhere as everything is a short distance away! Place was super clean and tidy. Thank you for a great stay!

Qian is so lovely she responds quickly she is helpful and wants your stay to be as homely as she can make it for you. she is very helpful in all ways she gives you suggestions with things to do in the area her favourite restaurants shooping etc. I love this lil place of hers is literally a stone throw from beach, surf club, walks, shopping, and night life. her prices are always fare, the place is clean cosy has washer and dryer is puppy friendly is all you need for a relaxing affordable stay in the heart of Broadbeach.. thanks for having Mouse(puppy) and I again Qain we appreciate you so much and will definitely e back. We loved Michelle’s beautifully appointed studio! It suited our very brief stay in Mermaid Beach for a family event. Very tastefully decorated, with all the thoughtful little extras. Great location for Nobby’s Beach eateries, not to mention exceptionally close to the beach and Surf Club. Michelle was very informative and prompt to act on enquiries. Our favourite Airbnb to date! Even better than the pictures and we couldn’t ask for a better location. Upon arrival, the house was very clean and had no trace of dog smells despite being pet friendly. Elisha is a great host, providing clear instructions and helpful information. There are plenty of cafes and shops within 5-10mins drive but we hardly left the house due to the beautiful surroundings and variety of activities to enjoy by/in the water. This was in addition to a well stocked kitchen and quite a few thoughtful & practical supplies. Would love to come back and stay longer. Highly recommend!
