Welcome to our cozy one-story house, ideal for a quiet and safe stay. Enjoy spaces designed for your comfort and relaxation. We have air conditioning and heating in the rooms. The backyard is the only area for smokers and pets (with an additional fee). This place is perfect for quiet gatherings. We offer parking in a closed garage for one vehicle. We do not accept excursions or very large vehicles.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally-located accommodation with a terrace and views of the Basilica of San Juan. The apartment is on the 4th floor just 2 blocks from the basilica, 3 to 5 minutes walk. We do not count with an elevator. We don't have parking, but there are 3 very close by.
