Juanjo’s property was such an amazing stay! The place was just like the photos, if not even better and outdoor concept of the first floor was super cool and very picturesque. My group was able to check in a couple hours early; it was clean when we arrived and Juanjo’s groundskeepers were very helpful. We only had one issue regarding the gas being out but that was quickly remedied and we were offered a later checkout time as compensation. Could not recommend this place enough!

Ma famille et moi avons habité le condo de Monserrat pendant 3 mois (janvier, février et mars 2023). Celui-ci était propre et très bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié toutes les petites attentions qu'ils nous ont réservées, telles que des boissons fraîches et une bouteille de vin pour notre arrivée. La plage est tout près donc facile de s'y rendre à pied. Nous avions le nécessaires (chaises, parasol, boîte à lunch, ainsi qu'un chariot) pour en profiter. Ils ont pensé à tout pour rendre notre séjour agréable et nous l'avons beaucoup apprécié ! Le seul petit point que nous avons moins aimé mais qui ne dépend pas de Monserrat est le bruit de la construction du nouvel édifice qui se construit juste à côté ainsi que les gens qui profitaient de la piscine tard le soir. si non, tout était parfait !

Our extended family stayed at Villa Magnolia for two weeks over the Christmas holidays. This was our second visit. Villa Magnolia is a very special place. It's beautiful, unique, and incredibly well maintained. We love everyone who works there. Fabiola, the property manager, answered every question immediately, was always on top of things, was never annoyed at our constant calls about taxis, restaurants, etc. Lise, Mimi, and Adrianna are truly amazing. Lise, Mimi, and sometimes Adrianna cooked many, many delicious meals for our very large group. Everything they made was absolutely delicious. We felt so well taken care of. Villa Magnolia is in the middle of a fishing village and just moments away on foot from the fish market, which is open every day. We were able to choose fish, shrimp, lobster, oysters, etc and bring it home for Lise and Mimi to prepare for our dinner. There is a farmers market along the harbor on Sundays. We would troop down there on Sunday mornings and load up on fresh vegetables and fruits, which Lise and Mimi would use to prepare breakfast and dinner. They also shopped for whatever they needed. Adrianna kept our rooms beautifully clean. The grounds are beautiful and interesting. Iguanas live on the property. Occasionally we would watch as one fell from the trees looking stunned but never hurt. Don Pedro keeps the grounds in perfect order and Isaac keeps the pools and jacuzzi sparkling clean. We look forward to returning to Villa Magnolia! We feel so close to everybody there.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was much larger than we expected and was well stocked with everything needed, and more. The location and views were unbeatable with the condo being within walking distance of most things and also being on the more quiet, less rocky end of the beach. Mario was very friendly and welcoming, and was able to answer any questions we had that popped up. Overall, our group was very happy with our accommodations and we had a wonderful time!

This condo is starting to show its age, but the location and space trump everything. The view is wonderful. Being able to slip through the hedge to Vidanta is a big plus for kids and adults - then you can slip back into this peaceful, comfortable and spacious unit. We enjoyed every minute here.
