This is such a fantastic place! We’ve stayed at a number of rentals over the last few years, and this is by far our favorite. It’s a beautiful location with a lot to do, or you can just relax and people watch if you’d like. The condo was clean and very comfortable, and with great amenities. Our host was gave excellent recommendations, great for first timers, and made sure our stay was perfect. We hope to visit again soon!

Great condo with great amenities, close to all the restaurants and shops and beach in the Romantic zone. Loved that the building had a gym and rooftop pool with jacuzzi. The unit itself was exactly as described with plenty of space for me and my three friends. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was a godsend. The hosts were very responsive and answered all our questions quickly. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Stayed with one other couple and it was perfect! The condo was exceptional clean, beds were comfortable, water pressure good in the shower, and was able to wash clothes since laundry soap was provided! It was very easy to walk to area restaurants and the beach. Very quiet at night. Loved the pool area - the view was amazing and the sunsets were breathtaking! It was nice to have waiters to bring drinks at the pool and just pay the tab when you leave. Will be great once the restaurant is completed. The only bummer was the fact the pool is not heated. If it had been, I think we would have been in there all day, but the water is COLD! It was hot most days so it felt good to take a dip in the pool, but no one really stayed in it for very long. Maria and Derek were VERY responsive to any question I had and even helped set up an airport pick up / drop off for us. Have already referred several people to this location. Would definitely recommend.

Philippe's apartment was wonderful! It was the perfect space for my solo vacation, but could also be great for a couple. The kitchen had everything one could possibly need, and the apartment was stocked with plentiful towels, sheets and cleaning products. Being in such a prime spot near so many bars and restaurants, I was nervous that noise would be an issue, but it was completely quiet inside the unit. The roof deck was beautiful and there was always an open lounge chair for sunbathing. I even enjoyed some remote work at one of their rooftop tables. The building staff was very friendly, and Philippe's concierge team was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. I would definitely stay here again!

A fifth-floor terrace offers expansive views of the city and ocean. Two lounge chairs sit adjacent to a refreshing pool, with decorative plants enhancing the space. Clear skies invite relaxation and enjoyment of the outdoor environment.

Jorge allowed us to check in early which was HUGE! Claudia met us at check in, was fantastic and explained and showed me everything in person. Location is great. An easy walk to beach and all of romatica. Elevator in the building for easy access to this suite. The only issue with the location was that we couldn't get an uber driver to pick us up from outside the building. We had to walk to the highway (with our luggage). The neighbors staying in the other casas were SO FRIENDLY and even invited us to their happy hours! You can tell they are tight like family. The suite was perfect for us (2 peeps) for 4 nights after our wedding week in Mismaloya. It was nice to recharge and enjoy the view from the patio. Kitchen was well stocked! 10% Discount at Andales! Laundry facility! BONUS! My only complaint was the lack of water pressure in the shower and bathroom tap :( Also, the wifi didn't work inside the room so I used my laptop on the deck in the mornings. We will be back! Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Christian’s condo; it was very modern, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities anyone would need, and the appliances all clean and modern. The bathrooms were very clean and we really enjoyed the rain shower head! Beds were comfy as well. Was also really handy to have a washer and dryer! Was very easy to get to restaurants and bars, the beach and the Malecon boardwalk. We had a great trip and would definitely book again.

We had an amazing time at Rodrigo’s place a the Maritima. The condo community is amazing very high end. The Condo had a few minor issues but Rodrigo and team were responsive and took care of them in a timely manner. The Kitchen is functional with coffee, tea, sugar, salt and oil provided. It would have been helpful to have a bowl set for salad’s and serving, measuring cup and storage containers for left overs. It was nice to have the treated water for drinking and bottle water and ice is available from the concierge at a minimal cost. Loved the many palms, palapas and loungers on the beautiful walkable beach. The roof top hot pool for sunsets was amazing. The place could use a paint job. A table or side tables for the balcony would be nice to hold your beverages and food while enjoining the amazing mountain, ocean and night light views. The cool breezes at night are great when you open both doors. AC was adequate when needed. It was a great space for 3 couples we loved our time there

What a wonderful home away from home to experience the heart of Zona Romántica! Pier 57 is very convenient to just about everything you’re looking for in a PV trip. And, if you don’t want to get out an about, just take advantage of the rooftop pool and bar! The penthouse is very well appointed with terrific views, and the high ceilings make the space feel even bigger than the photos suggest. The sliding walls easily create two very private bedrooms rooms, and the bathrooms are spacious. Perfect for two people who may prefer separate rooms for sleeping but want one big space during the day.

Joe's place is absolutely gorgeous. The location is right in the midst of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, near the beach and walkable to the Saturday Farmers Market and more. The front desk staff were all super friendly and helpful. The roof top pool is gorgeous and overlooks the sea. We saw whales in the distance and it was a peaceful oasis in the city. The only thing that might be difficult for some with sensitive hearing is the noise level between 10pm and 2:30am nightly as the windows are very thin. I'm a super light sleeper and my husband can sleep like the dead and we both had to use AirPods to be able to sleep. We had read reviews and knew this could be an issue and I since I was aware of it and feel that everything else was fantastic I still give Joe's place 5 stars. If you are staying out late then it won't impact you at all! (Joe and team also provide earplugs upon arrival which was a nice touch.) We loved our stay and believe that you will too!

We are having a wonderful stay! This was an extra day we added at the beginning or our 6 week stay. Communication is effortless, and the building is beautiful. The apartment offers a lovely view of the mountains, greenery, and even a golf course. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee machine with all the essentials and the generous welcome gift of cheese, meat, and a bottle of wine. The high-quality furnishings and the serene atmosphere made us feel like we were in Europe, not Mexico. Everything was top-notch and spotless. Highly recommended!

Our stay at SOHO PV was nothing short of amazing. The unit itself was absolutely beautiful—modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. The views were exceptional, especially from the incredible deck, which quickly became our favorite spot to relax and soak in the scenery. The space was well-stocked with everything we needed, and our concierge, Luis, went above and beyond. He was attentive, responsive, and did a fantastic job organizing and stocking the condo with our grocery order before arrival—such a nice touch! The rooftop was also a highlight: beautifully designed and perfect for lounging or enjoying a sunset. The entire staff was friendly and kind throughout our stay. We did have one minor maintenance issue, but it was handled quickly and professionally, which only reinforced how well-managed the property is. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful condo. 3 large bedrooms with full bath and deck - felt like each bedroom was a mini apartment. Nice space for different groups of people. The main deck was wonderful overlooking PV. We even watched Canada win the 4 Nations Cup on the deck. Gorgeous pools with rooftop bar. Beautiful kitties wandering around and roosters to wake you up which I loved. Great area, walking distance to restaurants, beach ... The only other negative is the shower - water is either hot or cold, very small window for in between. The whole building is like that so ...

Tracy’s place was perfect for our group of 4. It faces a quiet street so it’s easy to get some rest and relaxation, but it’s very central to all the fun things to do in PVR. The roof is incredible and we watched the sunset up there almost every night. Would love to stay here again.

Right from booking to our stay Gabriela made it seamless. We were travelling with 2 dogs and she even offered snacks for our mutts and detailed where we could take them for a walk! Una experiencia inigualable garantizada, tenía más amenidades que las descritas en la publicación. El personal muy amable y atentos. Todas las instalaciones muy limpias. Se sentía un ambiente muy agradable y relajado. Teníamos que entregar la habitación a las 11, sin embargo nuestro vuelo salía a las 8 y nos dieron chance de quedarnos sin cargo extra, nos dieron otra habitación para esperar nuestro vuelo. Sin duda, regresaríamos y lo recomendaríamos a todos quienes quisieran pasar un buen viaje en Puerto Vallarta.

Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

I stayed for six nights while working remotely. The apartment is quiet (for PV) and spacious with surprisingly good lighting. It’s tucked into a peaceful building and served as a good home base. There are some aesthetic flourishes that trade off with usability, but nothing that got in the way of a comfortable stay. I didn’t end up using the building’s amenities, but appreciated having them nearby. Overall, a solid option in a central location.

We had a lovely stay at Leanne and Lawrence’s Airbnb! The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. The apartment’s staff were all so kind and helpful and the common areas were very taken care of! It is also conveniently located by stores and restaurants, and there is always a sporting event taking place at the baseball/track field. The neighborhood was fairly quiet in the evening as well. Thank you so much!

Stayed 10 days and it was so relaxing. Lovely apartment and great friendly local neighbourhood. Lots of small local cafes, restaurants, fruit/veg stores. Large supermarket La Comer 10 minute walk. We cook a lot as we are vegan/vegetarian and kitchen was great and we could get everything we needed including tofu. Liked Naturezza for fresh dishes and pretty patio. Oh Croissant had good espresso and excellent French pastries. Easy bus access to other parts of PV. Took local buses to Boca de Tomatlan and hiked the pretty coastal beaches trail. Go early for shade. Taxi boat back from Las Animas beach. Local bus to/from airport easy to catch with carry on roller bags. Adolfo is a perfect host and replies swiftly. Arranged for us to be met and shown the apartment. The pool is perfect for laps, gorgeous views and often we were on our own. There are shade umbrellas and lots of breeze. Balcony lovely. Wifi fast. Beds comfortable. Highly recommend.

Un lugar muy agradable para pasar días tranquilos conla familia, tiene una terraza muy bonita, muchos utensilios de cocina, agua caliente. El lugar me pareció muy seguro. La Señora Crucita fue siempre muy atenta y amable.

This is by far, the most beautiful, hidden gem i have ever found in Mexico! I have traveled to many many places off the beaten track here over many years.. Besides amazingly beautiful, it is peaceful, serene, charming, and very comfortable.. Ramiro and his family are equally beautiful. Helpful, friendly, accommodating and hardworking...such a pleasure to meet this lovely family. Yes it is rustic, and yes it is full of charm! If you require everything 100% perfect, this is not the place for you. If you want to experience spectacular views, the beauty of nature in the mountains, authentic living, and meet this wonderful family..you have my highest recommendation... I will be back!

Wow, Yelapa is such a dream. Upon arriving here you immediately feel like you've found you're own little beach side paradise. Anita and her family were so welcoming and responsive and we felt right at home. I will note that if you are a sensitive sleeper BRING EAR PLUGS as the house is right on the road and the ATVs start cruising by pretty early in the morning. Definitely was not anywhere near a dealbreaker for us, but something to note.

El alojamiento es encantador como se describe, ideal para aislarse y descansar. Alan y Vanessa fueron muy atentos. El acceso por lancha depende del clima, y el muelle de llegada está en muy mal estado. Alan muy al pendiente de nuestra llegada, nos tuvo que mandar lancha privada a Yelapa, tuvimos que pagar el doble ($300 por persona). El tapanco donde está la cama queda al nivel del suelo junto al camino, lo que puede incomodar si buscas privacidad, tiene un techo inclinado que dificulta subir o bajar, hay que espabilarse bien en la noche antes de bajar al baño. Tampoco se puede dejar comida fuera del refrigerador, ya que animales accedieron incluso a un anaquel alto. La playa es pequeña, con piedras, con boyas a 30 m, no apta para nadar, es más bien para disfrutar de la vista, vimos ballenas muy cerca! no hay atardeceres visibles ni mucho sol en el alojamiento. Desde el camino y otro alojamiento se ve el área donde pega el sol así que no hay mucha privacidad.
