The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

It is located on a quiet street in the island town of Malchow, 50 meters from a beautiful jetty, so the lake landscape is right outside the front door. Our courtyard is the heart and meeting place for our guests. Here and in the beautiful garden you can relax, barbecue, play table tennis. In 800 m you are at the harbor with a swing bridge and many good restaurants, boat and bike rentals.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

Our small, fine apartment is located on the upper floor of our house. The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As can be seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. The kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, kettle and filter coffee maker, as well as the usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) and a few small cabinets. There is also a beautiful bathroom with shower.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer... 

Off to the Müritz - together with friends & family

Two decks above it all Owner-occupied apartments in a prime harbor location with unobstructed views of the Müritz with a wrap-around balcony - from sunrise to sunset, not a single ray of sunshine is lost. In our apartment you will find everything to really relax. On our large rooftop terrace there is a Jacuzzi with a fantastic view. In one of the two bathrooms you can really relax in our sauna. And in the evening, you can make yourself really comfortable with the flickering fireplace of the gas fireplace.
