Great Place. Photos of the view in the ad look good but in person are breath taking. On a clear morning we could see the Mt Baker volcano all the way in Washington. Amazing experience. 11/10.

Stunning city views from the 20th floor. Centrally located, easy walking to all downtown sites, an endless choice of restaurants , Stanley Park, and Sky Train stations. Unit was impeccable with a visually pleasing contemporary decor.

We had a great stay at this spacious basement suite, which offered fantastic value for the price. The location was great, and street parking was not an issue. As mentioned in the listing, you can hear typical family noise from upstairs, but this wasn’t a problem for us. The hosts were responsive when we messaged them daily about heat/thermostat adjustments as the device is upstairs and needed to be increased each evening. One note for sensitive guests: there is a strong lingering food smell from upstairs which is constantly there. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this spot to budget-conscious travellers looking for a well-located, roomy suite!

We had a great stay in North Vancouver! Melissa’s little place had everything we needed. What a beautiful city. You can get everywhere you want with a great view. Thanks again for having us :)

I stayed at Habib’s place (Flat 1) with my mum, wife and toddler. We had a very comfortable stay overall. It was an excellent place to stay for 3 nights while we were visiting Vancouver. The place was large enough for my toddler to run around. The choice of cleaning products from shampoo, soap, clothes detergent was excellent and we felt right at home. Habib responded promptly to our request on the first night which left a more positive impression on us. If we are in Vancouver again, we will gladly stay at his place if it is available. The area was quiet, safe and convenient from downtown Vancouver.

This place was really really green and it was very comfortable to stay. Jerry’s communication is always precise and helpful and accurate. Check-in and checkout were very smooth. We stayed with three kids they all enjoyed the stay we had Plenty of space. I highly recommend this place to stay to get to the nature and even the cities with very short amount of time.

Donna was wonderful and very quick with communication. Located in nice area. There isn’t a tv, which didn’t matter at all to us, but may to others. Some very lovely treats were provided and bottled water were provided. Bedding and bathroom were clean. Would stay again.
