Pros: Lucía was very responsive & went out of her way to help us. The view from the balcony & roof deck was incredible. The gated community was safe & secure. The provided water & auto dispenser was a lovely touch, plus the plants throughout the apartment made us feel at home. Cons: There was essentially no hot water, and the jacuzzi on the roof deck was just a bath tub, which we couldn’t fill anyway. The neighborhood is absolutely filled with dogs barking all the way from sunset and throughout the entire night. Ear plugs helped, as did the provided fan for the bedroom, but it made it difficult to enjoy the roof deck at sunset, etc. If you need a simple place to stay with great views, and barking doesn’t bother you, this a is great choice in the area.

The stay was great! Julio was so responsive and helped us out a couple times! We booked because of the pool which was so nice and beautiful and never busy. The area was very nice and felt extremely safe.

The house is spectacular with a great view of the mountains of Malinalco. It is very well located, which allowed us to forget about the car and walk around the town on foot. Juanita, who took care of us, is a very helpful person. She cooked us a very delicious meal for New Year's Eve. It's a 100% recommended place

This was a hidden paradise. It is like staying in a beautiful museum. So well decorated and so much personality. We spent so much time just admiring the art pieces. The house and grounds are huge. The garden and pool were very well maintained. Ireneo the caretaker was on top of things but unobtrusive. It was wonderful to drink coffee in the yard. Pool is warm and amazing view of mountains. Lots of common areas. Showers has hot water. Location is great to town just a few steps. Certainly a gem on air bnb and hope to stay again one day. The host was very responsive and proactive. Grateful for this amazing home to be shared and having a chance to stay somewhere like this in my life

It is a beautiful house with everything you need to have a pleasant stay all the time you are there. My family and I had a great time, we don't have any "but" The pool is great because it is not very deep (1.10 to 1.30 m) and my nieces enjoyed it very much, the adults were also able to enjoy and swim without any problem. The super plus is that it is heated and is greatly appreciated because the warm water feels super rich. The house is impeccable, everything super clean, very well cared for, the bathrooms and kitchen working at 100. Mr. Alfredo's attention was super good. Since we booked, he communicated with me and he was always available to us. He is super friendly, very flexible and takes time to give recommendations and explain the whole operation of the house. Undoubtedly we would go back here again, the super recommend.

Once again we were very happy with Tomás for welcoming us to his home, which is so nice, quiet, comfortable and spacious. Would recommend it quite a bit.

A group of us came to stay in Mexico City for a week in this splendid apartment. So spacious with great clean lines and large windows, so very bright! The amenities were top notch and the location terrific for getting around the Polanco district by foot as well as being easy Uber rides to tons of attractions, museums, etc.. We can highly recommend this luxurious getaway home-away-from-home, so snap it up if you get the chance!

We liked the place, I think it was very good to have a wide range of hours to arrive without haste. We only used the place to sleep because we had an event nearby and the location was unbeatable.

Communication was great. The alignment is super big, comfortable, matches the description as described. The Jacuzzi is delicious! The area is quite quiet. The treatment is always courteous, attentive, friendly and super flexible. We had a very relaxing weekend. If they plan to stay for the North of Cuernavaca, this place is option.

An excellent place for a family getaway. Excellent views, surrounded by nature and tranquility. The heated pool, perfect for spending time with children. Spacious green areas, the fire pit is magnificent. The support staff is very respectful and attentive. Points to consider to fully enjoy your stay: Bring chocolates, sausages, corn for your campfire, and all the condiments for your roast meat. The house is very close to the center of Malinalco, but once you get to the house you won't want to leave, just enjoy !!! So try to bring all your condiments and mosquito REPELLENT.

A very cozy house, in a very good location and very private, for lovers of the colonial style, we had a great time with the family during the Christmas season!

Magnificent location

Raynard is very friendly! The place is clean, cozy and welcoming, the bed is comfortable, and there is a smell of incense, the neighborhood is safe, and there is a gym downstairs. It's very close to Plaza Carso and great for people who work nearby!
