Our small ,fine holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of our residential building. The holiday apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. Kitchen has a ceramic hob, kettle and filter coffee machine , as well as usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) as well as a few small cupboards. There is also a beautiful shower room.

Tastefully and modernly furnished studio with parquet flooring, double bed, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), 34 m² Towels and linens included. Terrace for relaxing. There are two parking spaces on Schiffbauerdamm. The second is free. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

Apartment and fitter apartment, central location!

Wismar, the old Hanseatic city on the Baltic Sea, the old house from 1921 was lovingly renovated by me and Björn (my son). It is very central, you are very quickly at the harbor and in the shopping mile. Bicycles can be parked in the small yard. Next year we want to renovate the farm. Parking in front of the house with a fee, to unload ok. Then drive to the Schiffbauerdamm. There are two parking spaces. One with fees and one without.

Christoph and Marcus have really lifted a treasure and it is exciting to experience how an old historic estate is awakened from its slumber and filled with new life again. So much enthusiasm, energy and attention to detail are something very special in these taste-standardized times... Thank you very much for the insights and the personal tour of the house! And so our apartment was also wonderfully and stylishly furnished and designed. From the French bed to the special tiles in the bathroom, from the fabrics of the curtains to the dishes - everything selected and unique. Particularly noteworthy, however, is the tranquility you find there and the incredibly cozy bed ... We had a lovely few days in the great, landmarked house. We and especially our dog found the terrace and garden particularly beautiful. We would have liked to use it a lot more, if the weather hadn't ruined our plans. For this, we were able to relax in the barrel sauna and even got bathrobes (at an extra cost). That was great. Dajana and Frank were very friendly and accommodating. Although they were not present during our vacation, they invited us for a coffee at their booth in Boltenhagen. We didn't miss anything in the apartment, the cleanliness was also great. Special plus: there was coffee! We will be happy to come back! :)

We chose the space based on price and location. You won't find a ground floor apartment in the middle of the city that quickly. That we could not park for free in front of the door but a little further away we knew in advance. The convenience of such a place is that you can walk back to the apartment when it rains too much or when you are tired. Andreas was very helpful in finding a suitable free parking space. In our case, including a charging station for the car.

The apartment positively exceeded the description/photos. Super clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Towels were missing, which was pointed out by Kerstin beforehand. I also had shower gel with me, there is none in the bathroom. There was a weak jet in the shower. The bathroom has a window. Bedroom is not darkened, due to glass door and bright lighting from campsite opposite. Parking right in front of the apartment, great. Kerstin was always available, I found the communication short & factual. Overall, great place to stay.
