Salvatore is very responsive, his English is great and he meets you to welcome you and when you leave. He’s accommodating and the location is terrific. The decor is very clean, spa like and the high ceilings make it feel luxurious. The bathroom is pristine and spacious. The wooden shades provide black out for sleeping in and siestas easy!

Rosella met us at the building and showed us everything we needed to know. She recommended things to do and places to eat. The apartment is spacious and opens onto a private and charming courtyard. It had everything we needed. We would love to return.

Le séjour passé chez Tommaso était formidable. Le cadre était merveilleux, surtout en plein été. L'appartement a toutes les commodités indiquées, ce qui a clairement facilité nos vacances. Je recommande !

a magnificent historic property fully modernized. immediate parking. perfectly centered and walkable everywhere, pharmacy, dentist, city hall and of course the Patisseries and fabulous restaurants. Fabi is a gracious and responsive host. I'll be back for certain.

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto. L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito e luminoso. Quello che forse fa la differenza è la posizione perfetta per visitare Matera, a 5 minuti a piedi dai Sassi. Veramente ideale! Adriana è stata gentilissima e simpaticissima, ci sentiamo di ringraziarla per l'ottima esperienza!

La communication c est toujours très bien passée entre Lucia et nous. L emplacement du logement est idéal dans le centre historique de Monopoli. Il peut y avoir du bruit mais l isolation phonique est bonne. Le logement est accessible à pied depuis la gare de Monopoli et on trouve tout ce que l on souhaite pour se restaurer ou faire des courses à proximité. Le logement est très propre et la literie confortable. Je recommande pleinement ce logement pour découvrir les pouilles depuis Monopoli car on peut tout faire en train.

Je recommande à 100% le logement proposé par Erasmina. C’est une hôte accueillante et aux petits soins, Erasmina a été disponible du début à la fin de notre séjour. L’appartement est propre, bien équipé et confortable. L’endroit est paisible. Je conseille juste de ne pas s’y rendre en voiture (Erasmina vous donnera toutes les infos nécessaires). N’hésitez pas, choisissez ce logement :)

Appartement joliment décoré, fonctionnel, propre, facile d'accès et bien situé pour visiter Monopoli à pied et Les Pouilles en voiture. Possibilité de stationner gratuitement et facilement dans la rue en avril. Seul bémol, les murs sont assez peu insonorisés mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour. Hôte sympathique et réactive.

Ficamos 9 noites em Monipoli por ser localizada próxima as principais atrações da Puglia. O espaço do Graziano foi a escolha perfeita! O local é muito próximo do Centro Histórico e oferece todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia mais prolongada. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Valéria, que nos forneceu todas as informações para aproveitarmos o máximo a Puglia. Estávamos com carro alugado, e apesar de as vezes ter que procurar uma vaga por alguns minutos, sempre conseguimos estacionar gratuitamente próximo. Resumindo, foram dias maravilhosos e inesquecíveis. Tudo perfeito !!!!

Un lieu vraiment idyllique, un petit havre de paix avec vue sur la mer et très calme. Nous avons vraiment adoré! Le personnel était tres accueillant et les instructions étaient tres claires. Je recommande vivement aux gens de passage afin de se faire une parenthèse de douceur magnifique ! Un grand merci

Wow, what a FANTASTIC stay in Monopoli!!! I stayed in this apartment for two weeks and am so glad I chose it. Franco is an amazing host and met me upon arrival, showing me everything I needed to know for the apartment and gave me great recommendations for the area. He was always super repsonsive and you can tell he and his wife put so much love into this home. It had absolutely everything I needed for a long stay and wifi was super fast for remote work (over 200 mgps down/upload). The apartment was clean and in a perfect spot in Monopoli. I could walk around the corner to the main street and there were loads of bars, restaurants, and shops. It's only a couple minutes from the sea. At night, it was plenty quiet and I never had an issue with noise. I stay in a lot of Airbnbs and this is a real gem thanks to Franco and his family. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Monopoli!

Siamo veramente soddisfatti. Abbiamo trovato un appartamento molto grande con degli Ampi spazi che consentono la deambulazione anche per disabili con la rampa di accesso e con l'aggiunta di alcune maniglioni al bagno potrebbe essere tranquillamente autorizzato per la locazione a disabili ; molto pulito ; la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. molto bene! Sara nostra scelta in futuro We are really satisfied. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Die Suit war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt… Highlight natürlich der Whirlpool!! Die Lage war ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden, und es gab zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Monopoli einfach Traumhaft schön! Besonders hervorzuheben ist Francesco und sein Team, äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle standen uns jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Superbe appartement situé au dernier étage avec une terrasse privée et une terrasse partagée. L’appartement se trouve à l’entrée du centre historique et sur le port. Très calme, cosy, bien équipé et confortable. Excellente communication avec Antonella. Hotel accessible. Explications très claires et détaillées. Attention l’appartement est situé au 3e étage sans ascenseur. Et attention à vos têtes en descendant 😉 Nous n’avons par contre pas réussi à faire fonctionner le jacuzzi ! Vraiment dommage Possibilité de stationnement gratuit à quelques rues Je recommande sans hésitation 💙

Antonella was very nice, the apartment was nice and in a great location, near a supermarket which was handy. It was also very useful having Air con! We really liked Monopoli and Polignano a Mare. The only Issues we had were the shower, which randomly stopped working and the temperature changed randomly from hot to cold, and also the room only had sheer curtains, so became light as soon as it was light outside, so we couldn’t sleep much in the mornings.
