Our bathroom is equipped with shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking facilities. The house is about 80 square meters with two air conditioners and heating in winter. Guests report that their stay was very comfortable!

One week before arrival, you will be asked to provide the ID of one guest, along with payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the group) and the accommodation tax. Your data will only be shared with the Police and the Municipality. Elevators are rare in Venice: there are around 50 steps, but they aren't too steep. There is a luggage delivery service directly to the apartment. There is a luggage storage room.

The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.
