You will be welcomed by the warmth of the rustic atmosphere of a typical Italian house, built by my grandfather in 1922, with exposed stone walls. The apartment is part of an old building completely renovated in 1993 according to anti-seismic regulations. It has not suffered any damage from the recent earthquake of 24 August 2016 and following.
