We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

This is the most beautiful place with incredible surroundings. So very peaceful and every detail has been thoughtfully planned. You could easily spend a week relaxing and exploring the area. The mountains and river below are amazing and the view from the rooftop is breathtaking. The owner brought us a basket of fresh fruits and tomatoes to enjoy- so very kind and special. We hope to come back here soon!!!!

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

Giorgio’s place was fantastic. His mom and dad greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. He has everything inside to make you feel like you’re at home. The view is amazing from the patio which we ate our breakfast from everyday. The restaurants are a couple of minutes walk and the grocery store is about a 10 minute walk too. It is a very quiet location and being on the fourth floor it’s even better. There are 73 stairs to climb to get to the room, which will help burn a few calories after you’ve eaten a large meal from one of the restaurants nearby. Parking can be challenging if there is a function in the town. We had to park by the grocery store one night but it was not a problem. We had a great stay and hope to come again every year! Our stay was exactly what we were looking for: a relaxing holiday in nature. The accommodation, surrounded by greenery, was perfect for us and our dog, who really enjoyed the outdoor space. We especially loved the small loggia, ideal for quiet breakfasts and relaxing evenings, enjoying the serene atmosphere and the view. Valentina and her family were exceptional hosts, extremely welcoming and helpful from the first contact. They made us feel right at home and the communication was always impeccable. The accommodation was clean, small but comfortable and perfectly reflected the description, providing everything you need for a pleasant stay. excellent hospitality from Michela and co-host Gianni who helped us take conscious possession of the house and useful outdoor spaces. varied and numerous supply of bathroom and kitchen materials for consumption excellent operation of gas, electricity, H2O heating view of the Sibillini chain, Mount Piselli and Gran Sasso very quiet area with excellent air and base for excursions to Mount Sibilla, Lake Pilato, the Infernaccio gorges, the hermitage of San Leonardo, and visit to the Sanctuary of Madonna dell'Ambro, etc. possibility of using the swimming pool for adults and children about 700 ml. from the house (for a fee, currently 8 euros) overall a great life experience in a very well-kept house and enjoyable. What a wonderful, peaceful place. The property has everything you need and decorated with style. Outside you are surrounded by flowers. We shall miss having our breakfast overlooking the stunning views of the Sibillini mountains and listening to all the birdsong, or watching the sun go down at the end of the day. It’s a great location for exploring most areas of the Sibillini national park or for popping into Ascoli Piceno. Dori is the perfect host: very welcoming, thoughtful and attentive. She warned us of a road closure and booked us a table at the local restaurant. We aso met the owners who were delightful.
