The 35 m² apartment is located 300 meters from the pedestrian center, on the ground floor in a former mansion, in a quiet area, on the garden side. We offer a bedroom + private bathroom + a living room (Netflix TV, fridge, microwave) with direct access to the garden. Our family lives just above. You can have breakfast with homemade jams on the terrace or in the living room adjoining the bedroom. Close to the university, a body of water, the Opera Theater, and the cathedral. Many shops, restaurants 2 steps away.

Our cozy apartments, Backhaus (10 people), Mehlstube (2 people) and Mühlenhaus (9 people) as well as our large communal outdoor area invite you to relax. Our private natural swimming lake is exclusively at our guests disposal. The Alte Bäckerei is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides, trips to the Moselle, visits to the cities of Trier, Luxembourg, and much more.

Soak in the peace and idyll of the Ruwer Valley. The garden has access to the river, the house is sheltered by an old oak tree. In the house, the flair of the 60s, wooden floorboards, high ceilings, vintage furnishings, cozy house designed with much love. Have breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Ruwer. Try Riesling at the nearby winery, eat pizza at Gut Sommerau overlooking the castle ruins. 2 dream loops pass the house and the river invites young and old to splash around!
