Located at the bottom of our enclosed and secure property, which includes our house, a large swimming pool and a pleasant garden. Electric roller shutters. 2 parking spots. Very quiet location, rural setting, departure from hiking trails. Beautiful panorama and sunshine. Close to Aix Les Bains, beach and Lac du Bourget 4 kms away , ski resorts and Bauges Regional Park 30 minutes away. Saturday to Saturday in summer.

Enjoy a moment of relaxation in this Jacuzzi, which is privately accessible without a time limit during your stay (not available in July/August) The pool is open from May to the end of August, and you can share it with me even if I am not traveling. House completely renovated, and very well located. Very quiet environment. Pleasant mountain views and located in a cul-de-sac on the edge of the fields. Two parking spots in the closed and secure courtyard. Ten minutes from Lake Bourget and Aix-Les-Bains. Lots of hikes nearby. Shops five minutes away. Bright, pleasant and well-equipped house.
