It is enchantingly secluded in the garden and by the field - and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway) and has been renovated with high-quality materials in line with building biology. The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

"Apartment Trier" is a very bright, cozy apartment in the attic of a quiet house, ideally suited for solo travelers or couples, whether vacationers or professionals. Fully equipped kitchen! Separate bathroom with shower and toilet, only parquet and tile floor! Optimally located in terms of transport, either on foot (15 minutes) or by bus directly to the old town. Bus connection to the university in the immediate vicinity, as well as three supermarkets and a cafe.

The apartment offers every comfort. Everything is available via parquet floor, underfloor heating, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, 40-inch HD TV to the mini library. Of course, free Wi-Fi is included. Sleeping is on a 140 cm box spring bed and a super cozy 130 cm sofa bed. The private, private bathroom with underfloor heating is located door to the door to the living area. My apartment and another room are separated by a hallway.

My property is located in the quiet district of Auf der Weissmark, in the immediate vicinity of the local recreation and nature reserve Mattheiser Weiher . Downtown is 4 km away, there is a very good bus connection. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has its own lockable entrance. A private car parking space is located right in front of the house. The small daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.

It was excellent at Christian and Katja's. The view is unbeatable and the apartment has been furnished with great care. In addition to the view, the kitchen is also a real eye-catcher, where you really don't miss anything. We felt super comfortable and would be happy to come back :) Even in the case of minor "complications", Christian was there for us and we were able to find a solution for everything. It was great! Brand-new studio along the Mosel

We arrived with a toddler and I was immediately offered an extra bed for the little one. I thought that was great! The apartment is lovingly furnished and you have what you need for a few nice days. We were only there one night, but would come back at any time and also stay longer. The house is right on the Moselle and you can go for a nice walk there. All in all it was a lovely stay.

The accommodation is very luxurious and fully matches the photos. The loft is very well furnished, in the kitchen everything is present from cutlery,plates,quality cooking pots/pans. The bathroom is also super beautiful and super clean. The seats in the living room are very good for dreaming away. There is even Netflix available on the TV, really a plus when it's raining cats and dogs outside. There is even a small supermarket 80m away, which is very convenient for coffee ,etc. Did not have any real contact with the host, only through the airbnb app. Can only recommend the loft, felt like coming home after a long walk. 🌄

Staying with Sonja and Peter was just fantastic! Both are incredibly warm and attentive hosts – we immediately felt welcome and comfortable. The accommodation is beautiful, very high quality and absolutely spotlessly clean. You can immediately tell: everything was thought out with a lot of love and attention to detail. It's incredibly comfortable – you feel at home, if not better! From the amenities to the atmosphere, everything was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better place and would have loved to have stayed longer.
