Brookwood mainline station is 2 miles away, providing a direct service to Waterloo. Guildford and Woking are close by providing theatres, bars and restaurants.

It is the perfect destination for walkers, mountain bikers and lovers of the outdoors. Dog walking and country pub heaven!

A spacious, well presented one bedroom home conveniently located with easy access to the A3 & M25, Guildford town & the University. The property is a very short walk to Sainsbury's, local restaurants and amenities. In the living area, there is a comfy sofa bed and a TV with Wi-Fi internet connection. There is also a separate dining area. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, with plenty of storage space and a bathroom with a power shower. There is also a garden and a private drive.

Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our normal high standard of CLEANING, we DISINFECT the Annex after every stay. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests use. Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.

The Shere Suite

Nestled in the Surrey Hills, lies our idyllic apartment in Shere (a village made famous by Nancy Meyers film’ ‘The Holiday’). Perfectly located to explore hundreds of walks and hiking trails straight from the doorstep. As well as an abundance of countryside pubs and tearooms to while away the afternoon in.
