Everything is excellent, very good location, three blocks from Plaza las Heroinas; you can walk downtown. Right at the front a square with a lovely viewpoint. Lots of amenities nearby, excellent service!

Beautiful house with an excellent location, a few blocks from the plaza and several places or huts very close by. The place is quite spacious and quiet, it has all the comforts and is perfect for family rest or group sharing. Communication with Alberto was quite fluid and was always attentive and willing to answer any questions. 100% recommended.

The house is beautiful, has many social spaces and is perfect for large groups and family. I would stay a thousand more times with my family. Although the light went very far in Mérida, the house had an electric plant which made us not realize this light failure, and it helped us to be comfortable... we never lacked the water, and when I needed them to accommodate some of the hot water they were immediately ♥️ the area is super quiet, the house is very beautiful, and close to everything. I loved spending a week here, I highly recommend it, and I would stay again when I come back to Venezuela🫶🏼

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and modern. The location is excellent as it is close to supermarkets and downtown, with a separate entrance, even for vehicles. The kitchen utensils are in perfect condition and include everything needed to make any type of food. Also, both the TV and the heater work perfectly. On the other hand, the mattresses are in perfect condition and are very comfortable. Additionally, the apartment is very clean and the hosts are very helpful and friendly. No doubt, I would come back.
