The strong point of the apartment is its original character, not to mention its bright and functional side. Located in the old mill, this gives it a subtle blend of authenticity and contemporary. Close to shops and the supermarket, all within walking distance. You can stroll past the stalls of local producers at the markets of Ivry-la-Bataille and Ézy-sur-Eure. It has direct access to the Voie Verte and is an ideal place if you want to discover the Châteaux.

Our atypical wooden home is located on an island on the Eure. Ideal for a change of scenery. You will access it by a small bridge and can enjoy a garden of 8000m2. The kitchen is very well equipped. Wifi with good speed. You will find two double bedrooms and a sofa bed. Perfect for 4, 6 people max. Outside: - a large terrace bordered by the river with barbecue - Ping-pong table and various games. We do not accept rentals for parties.

We offer a large 160 x 200 bed with a quality mattress, TV and fiber Wi-Fi, a full kitchen and a private terrace in the forest. At the edge, you have a hammock suspended under a mosquito net to take a nap without insects and a picnic table in the forest. At the tap, pure water: filtered to 0.5 microns and revitalized by the Grander process.
