Apartment vacation rentals in Merewether

Lovely stay, thanks Georgina. We found the apartment to be spotless (and we are fussy!), well equipped with thoughtful touches like a beach bag with towels for use during our stay and an info book with recommendations for eating etc. A very short stroll to beach which was lovely. Shops, cafes, bars and restaurants very close by but it is also quiet with the bedrooms situated at the back of the apartment. Living area is great and the balcony a lovely spot, the plants are a nice touch and makes it feel like a home away from home. The bathroom is small and the only thing I would change would be to add a little more storage space/ places to put things (in bathroom only) but this was easily solved for us by clearing the cupboard under the sink temporarily (ie; moving the hairdryer and spare toilet rolls elsewhere) then using that to store toiletries during our stay. Georgia was very communicative and proactive. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook!

What a great apartment. We loved the view from the balcony, over the city and towards the Anzac Walk. The appartment is right on the walkway along the beach and has great access down the Merewether Baths one way and up and over Cooks Hill the other. The girls’ recommendations for local food and coffee were spot on. We could not fault the cleanliness and comfort of the whole apartment and the little touches, tea/coffee, condiments and milk were appreciated. Thank you for hosting us Carly and Katie. We will be back for sure!

Good location. Private parking a bonus. Everything we needed and more. The apartment had plenty of character and was very cosy.

Linda was an excellent host , had a problem with the WiFi , she responded so quickly and did her upmost to get it sorted , property was so clean and had everything we needed , beds so so comfy , would definitely stay again and highly recommend

Excellent property ,would highly recommend and would 100% stay again . Magnificent views over the sea . Property was easy to find with excellent instructions, was a helpful manual inside too .the beds were so so comfortable ,fab linen . Plenty of quality toiletries in the bathroom . Great place! So close to everything we didn’t move our car for the whole weekend. Walk to the beach, great coffee in the complex and all the delicious restaurants of Darby st minutes away. Kate and Carly are awesome hosts and will definitely stay with them again

We had an amazing stay for a country family wedding. Summer was a great host from the start with her great communication and clear instructions. The apartment was beautifully fitted out and everything was so comfortable, clean and even better than a hotel. Cafes, shops was just downstairs. Waking up to the sun rise from the window looking out to the river was a great start to the day. It didn't affect our stay in anyway, but just a caution to anyone who doesn't like stairs or can't walk up many, access to the apartment might be difficult. Overall, a lovely weekend away in Maitland.

My husband and I were lucky enough to secure Keira's apartment to stay at for our wedding at Ravella. The main living and dining area is beautiful and looks even better in person. My bridesmaids and I got some amazing photos getting ready before the wedding with the huge windows, floor to ceiling bookshelf and ornate mirror making the perfect back drop for photos. The bed was very comfy and everything was clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting a luxurious stay to book here. Keira was great at communicating and very helpful. She was generous enough to let us check in early and we are very grateful for the extra time we had to set up and get ready for the wedding the next day.

Great studio for 2 people. Was nice and quiet at the back of the block Spacious and airy with AC Wifi was good. Handy to have a washer dryer Amanda was very responsive and found us some ice cube trays when we asked. Neighbourhood is nice, lots of walkable dining and beaches. Would stay again!

Had a fantastic weekend in Newcastle. The location was perfect. Could walk everywhere. The space was a great size and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay at The Breeze in Newcastle. The unit was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a tidy layout that made it feel very comfortable and homey. One of the best features was the privacy—it felt like my own little retreat, perfect for unwinding. The location was ideal, just a short and easy walk to the beach, which made morning walks and sunset visits super convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped, which was great for preparing meals, though I did find the oven a bit difficult to use—it wasn’t very intuitive, and clearer instructions would have been helpful. That said, it didn’t take away too much from the stay. Overall, it was a great spot for a coastal getaway. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located place in Newcastle. 5/5.

Kirsty’s unit was lovely and clean, with a comfortable firm bed, plus choice of pillows and quality linens. Kirsty is a lovely, thoughtful host, happy to assist when asked, yet also provides a contactless stay, and is considerate of her guests privacy. The property is located with a few minutes drive to a great little locals cafe at Marks Point, and convenient drive to the Belmont 16s Sailing Club, so not having a cook in kitchen wasn’t an issue. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay for a short stay. We stayed during rainy weather, so unable to take advantage of the neat pool or the nearby beaches, which would be ideal in sunny weather!

Beautiful place Katty and her husband very friendly people, the pool was clean and it had the pool toys, breakfast food free. Is a pretty place for the holidays. Definitely 👍🏻 💯

A stones throw away from the beach. A flight of stairs to a popular world class restaurant. Less than 10 minutes drive to all other amenities. Secure parking. Charming apartment with everything I needed. And a responsive host. I highly recommend staying here!

Great and easy check in and out. Room was clean and tidy and very spacious. Walking distance to the supermarkets and food outlets.
