We stayed in Annecy for 4 nights in June. We were a group of 4 girls. The location of the apartment is amazing. Lots of really good restaurants and bars right on our doorstep. The host was really responsive and was there to greet us on check in. There was an issue with no water while we were there but the host responded quickly and it was sorted. We were disappointed on arrival to be told there was only one working toilet. It was advertised as 2 toilets but we were told one was being replaced. It would have been helpful to have been told this before we arrived. Bedrooms are right on the street but the sound proofing was really good and there was no noise. All in all a really good stay.

This apartment is very beautiful and relaxing. It has such a stunning view of the lake. The apartment is spacious and well laid out. We were very pleased staying here.

Highly recommend the place if you plan a visit to Anncey! The location was perfect - walking distance to the train station and the city centre. The apartment was amazing too - was very clean and cozy with all the amenities ready. Finally, the hosts (Kenji and his dad) were very sweet and welcoming. Would love to stay here again next time. :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this renovated forest house with great taste and attention. Congratulations for the attention to detail given to every aspect of the decoration and layout. The living room with the piano is an extraordinary piece of rest. The house is not only beautiful and extremely comfortable, but it also offers from the terrace a breathtaking view of the still snowy mountain ranges. we spent the weekend of the ascension under the sun facing Mont Blanc, the chalet is in a very quiet area with a splendid view. It is very functional with a typical Savoyard decor. Thanks to Theo for the quality of this accommodation. We'll be happy to come back.

An absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation is beautiful, very clean and well-equipped, with a jacuzzi that offers stunning views of the mountains. The cottage was great in every way!!! Very spacious, incredible views from the living room and bedrooms and quiet and relaxing environment. The bathroom in each bedroom is really a plus especially when you come with children. Upon arrival, we found a very clean and tidy accommodation as well as quality bedding. Great stay. 👍

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Impeccable accommodation and as described! Check-in instructions could be more concise, making them easier to follow. The wellness area is very nice, but small in case of high occupancy (it is common to many apartments).

A cosy appartment with a phenomenal view, very well located in Arcs 1600 with direct access to ski slopes. Nice terrass too. Good parking place as well where the car is parked safe and shielded. Excellent communication and clear instructions on how to get there.
