This place was amazing. Really enjoyed our time here. The house is very nice and location is awesome. Would definitely come back again!

This place exceeded our expectations. It came with more amenities than I've ever had at a cabin. It was clean, the linens smelled freshly washed, floors and surfaces were clean. Randy and his crew were super helpful and friendly, letting us know where to go to find trails to ride. The store is on site and is stocked with all the things you'll need. Gas is on site as well. I can't say enough good about this place! We will definitely stay again if we plan on coming to this area.

Had a great stay! It felt super comfortable. We had the easiest check in, we’ve ever had on Airbnb which was a plus after a long drive. The rooms/beds were comfortable and spacious. The washer & dryer was great along with the hot tub. It was super easy to come and go with the check in. There is 1 place that’s mainly a bar with food & that’s about it for food nearby. i’d say that’s the only con but given the area of wv it’s understandable just buy groceries! had a great stay, would come again.

This place is great for a large group it has everything we you could possibly need and a few extras! Definitely worth the price! close to some outlaw trails and spearhead. Andrew quickly responded every time I would message super friendly! Definitely booking again next time we’re back !

Host was easy to work with and responsive. If you are looking for a place to stay to ride the HMT, this is it. Well set up house, wash station, plenty of parking for trailers, easy access to almost all of the trail systems and access to the Outlaw trails. And a pool to relax in after a day riding! This will be our go to place for HMT trips!

Great location and the pool and fire pit were the perfect amenities to end a day of riding! The host was very responsive and made planning our trip, getting trail passes, check in, and check out seamless. We couldn’t find any extra supplies at the house (ie paper towels, trash bags, etc.) so recommend bringing some of the day to day basics with you. Would definitely recommend to others!

We had a great time staying at Dwayne’s place! Beautiful views of the lake in the evenings and plenty of golf courses within a 30 minute radius. Will definitely be back!

The cabin was private and cozy. We brought our four kids who really enjoyed the ability to get outside and explore. The pool and hot tub were a short walk from the cabin and was set on a beautiful lake. We enjoyed the outdoors each day and had a great time. I’m originally from the area, so I knew to bring everything we needed to cook and drink because the closest grocery store is about 30-40 minutes away. It was the perfect place for the six of us. We definitely hope to visit again.

We loved that they had the fridge nice and full of water the snacks and coffee they had it’s a very clean house very organized and very clear on all instructions on the house rules we will definitely be back to this cozy home thank you very much!!

The location was great to stay at. The location had very large parking, a nice covered area for cars/machines. The house was very clean, well organized, tons of space and the host Ronald was very helpful and very responsive throught our stay and even weeks prior! We stayed to enjoy the hatfield trails and surrounding trail systems. Ronald sent a map of trails and point of intrestes for our stay. The area is very quiet and we absolutely enjoyed the place!

5 Stars!! This home was absolutely beautiful—like stepping into a perfectly preserved time capsule from decades past. Every detail added to the charm and character of the space. The location was unbeatable, with stunning views that made our stay even more special. We felt right at home and truly appreciated the care and thoughtfulness of our host. We will definitely be back!

Peyton's place appears to be newly remodeled, and its well done. Its conveniently located between the Spearhead trails in Virgina and Hatfield and Mcoy in West Virgina. (Be sure to get a Spearhead trail sticker prior to riding those trails, we found out the wrong way) Peyton was great to communicate with and very fair. I was making date and guest changes down to the last days and they accommodated all the requests. I will definenly stay in this place again. Great trails, great location, great to deal with! This place is perfect for an atv riding weekend. Perfect for large groups of friends or families. I know it must be hard to keep places like this clean considering it caters to atv riders, but the linens, bathrooms, and kitchen were nice and clean. It’s conveniently located to trail heads which is exactly what we were looking for. Kids really enjoyed the park next door in our down time. We would definitely book again!

If seclusion, pristine surroundings, lotsof wildlife are your thing along with a beautiful, spectacular house then this is the place for you. Surrounding views are gorgeous. Lots of room in the house, which is furnished beautifully. The 4 King Sized Beds are amazing and so so comfortable. The mile long entrance to the property is a little bumpy but worth the drive. Ruth is fantastic and answered every question I had and was always available.

What an amazing place! We could return and just spend the weekend at the house and enjoy the view and relax. We are already planning our next visit!

The place was as described. It is a house that suits a get away to ride ATVs. There may be some issues with neighbor and steady stream of transactions occuring. The house has a garage to lock up ATVs. I definitely would stay again. The host was responsive to a issue we had with WiFi but he cleared the issue right away. I do think the neighbor problem is area wide so we minded our own business and had no problems. Enjoyed the stay. Thank you host.

The Adkins House was awesome! We loved the location. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect cottage tucked away in a beautiful mountain setting. So peaceful and private. The owners being just across the field gave such peace of mind of security. Wonderful host! Beds were so comfortable!! The deer were so pretty to watch as they grazed.

This is the second time we have stayed in this home. It was within five miles of the conference location. Everything was clean, ready for us.

Victoria is easy to work with...very responsive and pleasant. Aldon House met all of our needs. Everything was as described. The kitchen is well equipped. Very easy access to Hatfield and McCoy Trail system. We'd definitely stay at this place again!

Great place, clean and super close to the trails. Ronell is super responsive and I usually had a response within 5-10 minutes. Will definitely stay here again.

Very cozy home in a very convenient location, across from Dollar General and car wash for our utvs. Bice enclosed backyard for our puppies and to grill out back with friends in privacy, we felt very safe for our kids puppies and our vehicles. Amy is great host and very kind. We definitely will be booking her home again.
