Our stay was great. The property is clean and spacious, and well located. My only complaint is about the noisy neighbors, sometimes playing loud music late at night outside. But that's not something the host can control.

We were very comfortable and appreciated how open, clean, and easy the space was. Nachman was very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Michael’s place was everything I had hoped for. It is accurately described in the listing and the space has a ton of character. It is incredibly walkable and the people are nice. It really is a stone’s throw away for legit historic buildings in Philly. If you’re willing to take a mile walk, you can experience Philly in a real way. Take a 5 min Uber ride downtown for your convenience. One thing I loved was that each time I endeavored to leave the house, an Uber would be there within 3-4 minutes tops. Convenience level was absolutely amazing. Would stay again.

Super close to everything and very walkable. Everything matched the description. Was easy to get into. Very much enjoyed staying here on my solo trip. Check out instructions were not clear besides the time. Other than that 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful home in the heart of Manayunk! The place was super cute! The bedrooms were good sizes and the beds were very comfortable. Added parking spot was a bonus since on street parking can be hot or miss. The hosts were very communicative with fast response time! Loved this home!

I got perfect time in this apartment ! Nice and clean , fancy furniture, smell fresh and peaceful!!! Everything is there for leaving , nice area around, a lot of stores walking distance! More than happy !!! Highly recommend!!!

This was my very first airbnb i have ever stayed in. Went to Philadelphia to take my daughters to The Sturniolo Triplets tour The Airbnb was exactly the same as described. Very beautiful place! Had a wonderful experience…

He was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The home was very welcoming and more than met our needs at an affordable price.

We needed a small house where our 2 miniature dachshunds could easily go outside and do their business and this was the perfect location. We had to pay an extra cleaning fee, but we left the house as good or better than we found it. A couple of things broke while we were there, but they had previously been repaired on a temporary basis. Not a problem we couldn’twork around. We even used a lint roller on the couch as the pups sat on the couch with us at night. I wrote the value was an "OK Deal" because it cost us $229/night all inclusive. There were a couple of minor issues that were taken care of almost immediately. We did have a Home Inspector enter the house when we were not there, but we were made aware of it the night before. The Inspector (or someone) did not return everything to the positions that we left them (things appeared moved around). Not a huge issue, but it highlighted the fact that someone was in the house when we were not present. Overall, the house was good for our p

The house is absolutely beautiful and perfectly clean! The bed is extremely comfortable which is never the case at rentals. Appliances are brand new in perfect condition including the washer and dryer. The host is very quick to respond with any questions or requests. I would definitely stay here again in the future and recommend it to others.

Lovely stay at this comfortable and roomy home. We felt right at home at this antique house with updated baths and comfy beds. Fully equipped kitchen as well . We will definitely be back. John was a gracious host.

You know those Airbnb locations where you notice that it's a business as soon as you step foot into the property? This isn't that. You truly feel like you're a guest in someone's home. The listing was impeccably decorated while boasting amenities and/or house goods that you'd only find in your own home. For example - top-of-the-line cookware and any kitchen tool/gadget you could possible think of. There are wonderful sculptures in the backyard ... and the hosts provide an array of golf clubs with a pin to practice your chipping with?! Book if you have the chance to snag this place. Owners are incredibly responsive.

This light filled house is walking distance to the Delaware River and canal paths. The house has lots of open spaces to allow the guests to find the right place for them. Very clean and well stocked with the things you’ll need. Kid friendly: big yard and toys tucked around the house.

Meng's condo is in a perfect location if you're looking to get around the city easily. Despite being in a high traffic area, we had no issues finding parking and getting around. The condo was spacious and fit all our needs for a weekend stay for a family wedding.

The house we stayed at was great, very clean and getting in was a breeze. We were able to park around the corner all weekend and there are spaces available in close proximity. With just being us girls and not being there before the area was very walkable and we felt safe. Natasha made it very easy to get in and out of the apartment. Would absolutely go back!

This was my Airbnb that I had booked and was really nervous because I didn’t know what to expect. However, Denise made me feel at easy and very comfortable. Super friendly and very responsive. We had a great 2-night stay for a quick family trip to Philadelphia with a 4 year old and 8 month old. The apartment was exactly as described with several thoughtful extras and in a great location for walking to the historic areas of the city. There was some road noise in the back bedroom (and you could hear the kids upstairs running around) but we quickly got used to it and it didn’t wake up the baby - so not a big deal. We only had one question (about parking) and Gabriel quickly responded, and it turned out that the info we needed had already been provided along with any other info we might have required. The place was family friendly as described and the only thing our 4 year old asked for that wasn’t there already was a stool to stand on in the bathroom :) Overall we had a very good stay and wished that we could’ve stayed longer.

I was looking for a place to stay for my family of four which included my husband and I, our 6-year old, and an infant. Freda's home fit the bill! It was wonderfully located - near so many wonderful restaurants, stores, and parks. It was absolutely spotless! Freda was incredibly responsive with every question I had. Her instructions were clear and thorough and there were notes around the home explaining everything we needed to know. I would stay at her home again if we came to visit the area in the future.

This was a great place to stay at an affordable price. Th apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood had a nice small park and great restaurants and coffee shops. We would stay again.
