Exceptional location of this new apartment in the heart of Mercedes, Uruguay. It is located in front of the main square, which is the heart of the city. Excellent service and punctuality from the host Diana. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Wonderful view from the balcony, especially on the seventh floor where this apartment is located. The rooms are spacious and very bright. Highly recommended.

Excellent, I went to Mercedes for work and it was the ideal place to rest after work. Very quiet and serviced area (bus terminal, supermarket, shopping) a couple of blocks away. The host is very attentive and was always on hand. Everything impeccable!

The apartment is very comfortable and the location is excellent: close to the center, the beach, the terminal and also Manzana 20, where the "Jazz a la calle" festival takes place. And Enrique is a great host. He was attentive to our needs at all times, he was flexible with the departure time, he gave us local information and even lent us beach chairs to take to the festival. This is an unbeatable option to stay in Mercedes.

Marcelo was very quick in his communications. Our family had some trouble with transport due to a strike at the bus companies. Marcelo was very receptive and flexible to help with the situation. When we arrived, there were towels and soap provided for each guest. The apartment was small but sufficent for our family of four. The kitchen had all the necessary items. The house was only three blocks from the main road, where there were some restaurants, a nice plaza and a short walk to the beautiful rambla. A few things i would of liked would be more toilet paper, a roll of paper kitchen towels, and flat sheets for the small beds in the living room.

The dpto of Marcel is in clean condition, the air conditioners refreshed the whole place. Mercedes who received us very kindly. It was just one night, but it allowed us to rest and continue our journey.

Loved the place! First, I want to highlight the good: - The host, Matías, was very attentive and willing to help. The day we arrived, he let us by to get the key before check-in time. A genius. Later when we entered the apartment, there was no light. I sent a message to Matías and in less than 5 minutes he came to the apartment and fixed the issue. - The place is very neat, very clean, and very well located. In the center of Gualeguaychú, and very close to the coast. And it has a patio and grill! That's priceless. The "no good" thing: - The photos of the place look a bit old. The place is the same, but some furniture is gone. There is all the essentials (beds, airs, table, etc.) equally, so it's not serious. - The publication says there is washing machine, and it appears in the photos, but when it was us, it wasn't. We didn't need it, but it's worth saying. There was also no hairdryer. Beyond that, I gave 5 stars, and I definitely recommend this place.

Excellent location meters from the coast, very safe place, people nearby in our stay helped us by giving recommendations, apartment as seen in photos, very comfortable, more than recommended.
