Accommodation matching the description, 3 real bedrooms, wood stove, washer dryer. The owner controls the air conditioning/heating remotely and he stopped by one evening because the wood stove had increased the heat in the room. The owner came to mow the lawn during our stay, we had a note on arrival at the accommodation informing us, but this should have been done before or after our stay. Very present owner despite self check-in. Small but functional shower. Otherwise pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Fabrice’s apartment. He is one of the most exceptional hosts I have ever encountered. He goes out of his way to make sure that you know how every square inch of the apartment works. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to Orléans.

The chalet is very charmingly furnished and is located in a quiet area — ideal for relaxing. We came from Orléans and made a stop at the impressive Château of Chambord on the way. Highly recommended for those who love architecture! The chalet is a short distance from Chenonceau. We parked our car in Chissay-en-Touraine and from there walked along the Cher River to Chenonceau Castle (about 6 kilometers). A beautiful walk, and the castle itself is truly a gem — well worth a visit! The next day we also visited the Château du Clos Lucé in Amboise, where Leonardo da Vinci spent his last years. A captivating place to discover his genius and inventions up close. Since rain was predicted for our last day, we decided to spend the afternoon in the swimming pool with hammam and sauna of Val de Loisirs. Simple but relaxing — ideal in less weather.

Beautiful, carefully decorated house. Very nice hosting on this hot afternoon. I highly recommend it and would come back if the opportunity arises.
