The windows in the living room just frame the stunning surroundings. It's always a pleasure to enjoy the breakfast with this view in the morning. The apartment is very spacious and tidy, with every amenities that you may expect. The location is close to the slopes and town. We definitely enjoy our stay in this lovely apartment! There were difficulties with check-in, since in the place where the case with the keys was located, my cell operator did not catch and had to go out to get further instructions. Regarding the apartment, there were two of us, I was with a small child and absolutely everything suited me! First and foremost a bed that my child had no way to fall from. There was also a great balcony. I didn't plan to, but I used the garage, which was included in the price and it turned out to be very convenient! Despite the fact that it seems that the apartment is far from the center - this is not the case at all! Great promenade and center within walking distance. We walked a lot with a sidecar. There is a passage for it everywhere - very convenient. The apartment is also equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook your own food. No TV but we didn't need it. The appliances are in working condition, there are detergents to remove yourself. I would recommend leaving more garbage bags, as we lived for more than a week and two of us were not enough. Great apartment!

Apartment according to description. Small pleasant courtyard for aperitifs. Quiet and easy to reach. About 30 minutes walk from the old town but parking on the Place des Romains possible and free in the evening. Corine is very responsive to respond. I recommend.

Very good stay in a beautiful refurbished and very clear apartment. The center of Annecy is by a walk in the very friendly greenery. A microwave would have been a plus.

We had a great weekend with friends in this tastefully renovated apartment. Everything is carefully decorated and the atmosphere is warm. The host is very responsive and responds quickly to any questions we may have. The double bedroom is really beautiful and very spacious, a real plus! And a special mention for the showerhead, we loved it! We would definitely recommend this place.

Fully equipped chalet, 20 minutes walk from the Vercland ski lift and a few restaurants. The place is quiet is magical when there is snow (probably very good without snow but we had snow from having a snowy Christmas)!

We had a lovely stay at Serinas Chalet! A group of us went to Samoens for a ski trip and the walk to the ski lift through the forest was a great way to start the day and coming back to the chalet and putting the fire place on was the perfect ending!

An absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation with 10 beds for our volleyball team was impeccable, as described and well located, 10 minutes from Annecy. Our host Fabienne was very responsive. I would recommend it in a second and would definitely stay again!

Very good stay. Impeccable accommodation. Perfect for a couple. Walking distance to village. The place is cute. Small, but perfect for two. Everything works and the little touches upon arrival much appreciated. Comfortable bedding, neither too hard nor too soft. Quiet environment because in a cul-de-sac, and nice neighbors. Responsive and considerate host. Great amenity and food. A little extra? The daily visit of the little dog in the neighborhood, who comes to pick up hugs...

Fab chalet, lovely views, well stocked kitchen with fondue and raclette machine. Walkable to Combloux centre and 5-10 mins from Combloux ski and Princess lift if St Gervais and Megeve extended area.

It is a great location, perfect for skiing. Its a compact apartment but fine given we're hardly at home and had enough space for what we needed. It was well equipped and had everything we needed. David was very helpful and responsive. Thank you.

Great place to stay for Ski and Mountain lovers. The apartment is very functional and with games and toys for kids. Our family loved to stay there and we will come back for sure!

We had a lovely stay at Rachel's place at the end of Feb. The views from the balcony were stunning. The apartment was very well equipped and spacious with a brand new bathroom. We felt right at home. It was very easy to walk into the center of St Gervais. Access to the gondola was very close. If you're skiing leaving your gear at le Bettex in a locker is ideal that way you can take the gondola and go straight into town for après and ski! / Dinner! Rachel was a great host she will respond immediately if you have any questions. St Gervais is a beautiful town full of authenticiy and the local people are very friendly. We would recommend La Galetta, (creperie .........) and the 2 bars (la Montagne and le nordique) We will definitely be back. Thankyou Rachel

Our stay at Kirsteen’s place was great. The apartment was perfectly equipped, clean and in a great location. Kirsteen was an excellent host.

What a pleasure to see the snow-capped mountains lying in bed, to look at the slopes from the 2 balconies. Tastefully refurbished and modern apartment, very functional, nothing missing. Ideally located for skiers and also in summer for hikers. On the 5th floor everything is quiet and relaxing. Very welcoming hosts and concerned about the well-being of their tenants: We can only recommend. M & B
