Edith‘s little apparent is great. I stayed in Jakarta for work. Thamrin Residence has great facilities, pool, fitness, and laundry. Just 5 min walk from Grand Indonesia. Edith has been a fantastic host. I will definitely return!

Comfortable unit, easy check-in process. communicative host

We really enjoyed the place. While it's located close to the roads, the apartment is really quiet. Very comfortable and located right next to the mall with a lot of restaurants and stores. The pool is also a very convenient place to spend time on a hot day. Overall, we had a great stay.

Good location and great accommodation. GI is conveniently located a 5-minute walk away. I recommend it if you plan to stay in Central.

Niken's place is perfect for a quick getaway as a single, a couple, or two very close friends. We extended a day as we liked it so much. Note that this is in the Diamond Tower, farthest east, and can be a real hike of you get dropped off at the other tower, which we did. There was a problem with the inside lock so we could not get in at first. The maintenance team had to break into the apartment. However, once settled, the place was clean, cozy, and full of amenities. Niken was really great and responsive. Having a 7-11 market downstairs was great, the washer/dryer was handy, Bluebird knew where to go. The only other small issue is it's a bit isolated compared to other places. All that said, recommend.

Great apartment in a well maintained complex with great views. Check in instructions were very easy. The only downside is the location is not very walkable, being on the site of an old airport there is nothing near the complex to walk to and you will need to take a taxi.

Great place, clean house, smells good and got PS 5. Complete cooking equipments. Easy check in and located in a very secure neighbourhood.

It was an enjoyable stay for us and the owner is very helpful and responsive. Glad that he is also flexible and willing to support us for our long stay in his house. I feel like living in our own house. Many thanks to Mr Felix who is the owner of the house.

An excellent place to stay. The house has everything that we need, including good air conditioning and wifi (fast fibre, generally very reliable). The host is very good: one of the best that we know. She is quick to respond to problems and requests. We are grateful that she gave us 3 days free because of our long stay in 2022. Be aware that the house is in a residential neighbourhood so you will have the normal sorts of noises for an area like this. Note especially that the house shares walls with the houses on either side, and behind, so sometimes you may hear repairs from these houses. We had very bad luck during our long stay in 2023 because the neighbours next door did noisy renovations for more than five weeks. We had to leave the house every day (even Sunday). It was difficult because the neighbour and the workmen gave wrong information:first they said that it was one day, then one week etc! However, these renovations are finished and we have made another long booking for 2024.

The place is very strategic for those who want an event on ice, it can be reached by 8 minutes from ice bsd. The house is homey, clean, tidy, and fragrant. Amenities and complete equipment as described, the host is also very friendly and helpful. You can check in early if you don't occupy before. Next if there is an event on ice lg we will definitely stay here again. Thank you ma'am yulita and sir andri~

great place to stay, clean and nice room, have netflix on the tv for extra entertainment, and very strategic location.

Nice and well design apartment with cleaning robot working every weekday! You can watch Netflix on tv and the area is safe. There is a Korean convenience store on ground floor, which is super easy to get your daily supplies. Adrien and Tan super helpful and responsive! It was a great experience for me and my husband! Thanks for hosting us! ☺️

Good location, tidy place and well managed. Refi’s also nice and fast response. Everything is well prepared, we enjoy our stay.

Near to central jakarta, good neighborhood.

The room is very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city, it's easy to get to the mall, just a little difficult to find a place to pack the car

Fair price, clean & good location. Easy check in and friendly host. Our request for early check in was also fulfilled by Adrian. Some parts of the apartment need a bit of renovation (kitchen sink and also the floor below the sofa), but still a very good accomodation for the price in the central location of Jakarta.
