Vacation rentals with a sauna in Mendrisio District

Had a pleasant stay, pleasant and peaceful environment. The studio is very comfortable, Béatrice is considerate, responsive and friendly🙂. The only downside is traffic in the mornings and evenings with the border crossers passing by. Otherwise there is everything nearby even without a car you can easily find everything and the train station is right next door.

Spacious, clean and beautiful apartment. Very well equipped for cooking. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. Everything is close by car. The desk is in Lugano, so reassuring if necessary. The common amenities (swimming pool and sauna) were not open during the period of our stay, at the end of March.

The location in Capolago is very suitable for excursions in the area or to Lugano (Lugano, Monte Generoso, Dinosaur Museum, Fox Town, etc.). The apartment is located directly on the lake and offers a magnificent view. The rooms were very clean and functional. Beds are very comfortable and you sleep very well in you. The property features a balcony with lake view. It also has an indoor pool for shared use, which greatly appreciated our children. There is also a sauna and gym with ping pong table tennis available. In the immediate vicinity within walking distance there are some restaurants. All in all a very good place to stay. We would come back here for sure.

This was the perfect location for us travelling as a family. The bus stop was right opposite the apartment building, it’s only 1 stop away from the main railway station, and a beautiful 10 minute walk to where all the shops start. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a luxurious feel to it. Thanks to the host for their responsiveness.

This is a wonderful space, very modern and sparkling clean. Check in and out were a breeze. Very walkable to all the major sights in downtown Lugano. Absolutely would stay here again!

Wonderful place with amazing view, very spacious and comfortable. The host was always available and replying super quickly. Convenient location, 10 minutes to supermarket & several restaurants. Closed swimming pool and table tennis were great entertainment for kids. Would really recommend as price/quality and would wish to come again

Gerda is one of the best hosts I've ever encountered: nice, kind, funny and flexible. A truly nice human being. And the flat was great: clean and tidy, it's the perfect spot to visit Locarno. We were there for the film festival, we highly recommend it!

Everything went great, clean, super good communication with Ralph. Great indoor swimming pool. a very close bus stop with great connections to Locarno/Ascona/ Tenero. Within walking distance of the lake promenade. Very comfortable beds. Size was just right for us (couple with two small children 4&7). Price/performance good. We would choose the place again.

Our daughter loved the pool. It's ideal for families. The apartment was clean and perfect for our stay. Locarno is accessible within 20min or a 5min bus journey. Accessing the flat was step-free via the lift, ideal for buggies. Would book again.

For festival goers this is a good listing, although you won't be able to make the Piazza Grande screenings.

October 2024, 2 people We felt very comfortable in this beautiful, well-kept apartment. It is high quality and fully equipped. 2 equivalent great bedrooms with very comfortable beds and quality bedding. Very spacious dining area, also suitable for working, great Internet throughout. Fantastic view from the beautiful balcony and from one of the bedrooms. This apartment is just GREAT! Beautiful, quiet surroundings and just a few minutes' walk to the lake and promenade. Brigitte is a friendly, attentive host and helps where she can. It is important to pay attention to the check-in and check-out times and a few rules, then you can spend a fantastic vacation here.

Had to go to another apartment the first night, which was not as nice as Karin's and the bed was very saggy in the "replacement apartment". Didn't get any compensation for this, also the effort with the relocation with baby was a bit cumbersome. Karin's apartment was great.

Amazing and super relaxing place, the check-in was seamless and super easy, Im very happy with my stay.

Claudia is a world-class hostess, she speaks several languages, was very friendly and incredibly accommodating. The place had a lot of cool gadgets like a fully lit ceiling which you could also dim. The furnishings were like in a hotel, you really noticed how much passion was put into it (various towels, shower and shampoo, water in the fridge, etc.). What was definitely the highlight was the entrance to the nearby wellness center (Splash) included in the price, which was easily accessible on foot. For me and my partner it was the perfect wellness weekend and we will definitely visit Claudia in her super accommodation again!! =D

Casa Gioia with the fabulous natural park is a little paradise! We were overwhelmed by the tranquility and beauty of this place. And at the same time, there was so much to do and discover that both the adults and the kids were happy. The kids loved the trampoline and playground, we adults appreciated the terrace, all the greenery and the fantastic views, all enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Communication with Katrin was very pleasant and Mite, the caretaker, was extremely friendly and warm. We would come back any time!

The place was great. We enjoyed it very much and were able to relax very well. The view is just great. Highly recommend it.

Only 1/2 hour away from the hustle and bustle of Locarno, one of this enchanting place, in this almost uninhabited rustic village, gives the feeling of being in the longest past. Casa Mille Sassi is decorated with a lot of talent and a sense of design, so we always feel very comfortable. For me, the highlight is the freestanding bathtub with a view of the hills and preparing food in the great kitchen, while a lively fire burns in the fireplace. Simply beautiful here❣️

Very nice vacation home. One of the wonderful experiences was watching the sun slowly shine over the mountains from the terrace in the morning. With a little luck, you can see chamois grazing their breakfast next door, hear the owls calling, the foxes barking… You can also spend the evening on the heated terrace or snugly inside by the fireplace.

A beautiful house, very stylishly furnished with a lot of love for detail…in the kitchen there was everything, unfortunately we did not find any egg cups…the breakfast is plentiful and very sumptuous Conclusion: We felt very comfortable and will come back

Beautiful location in the magical valley. Was absolutely perfect for us as a couple with a car (though well connected with bus too). Very peaceful & perfectly equipped. So wonderful to have a sauna too! It was the escape we needed, highly recommend. Sparkling clean and set up for comfort. Thank you very much!

What a location! We were seven friends and had a wonderful week with Sabrina and Luca - in immersion in nature and out of time. Sun and bird as the only buddies. Great! Sabrina and Luca are super helpful and very friendly. We were also able to benefit from fine vegetables from their farm. The house is simple but equipped with everything. The sauna worked well and did well before the cold shower! The hotpot is the icing on the cake. Note: it takes a long time to reach the correct temperature (first long heat then cool for a long time) and also stays warm for a long time. Better to start at the beginning of the stay;) We will definitely be back!
