My place is by the lake, walking distance to downtown Carlos Paz, stores, restaurants and family-friendly activities (7 blocks) . You’ll love my place for its spacious rooms, its privacy, light and ambiance and direct access to the lake. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It is a great place to rest, to admire the view, to entertain, to barbecue and to enjoy the outdoor. The first floor has 3 rooms for entertaining plus 2 porches to enjoy the view. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms and 2 bath

Es un departamento anexo a una gran propiedad con parque y pileta, recientemente pintado y remodelado (abril 2023), con mucha comodidad y servicios para 2 personas (puede ser 3 huespedes tambien si el 3ro es un bebe o niño/a de hasta 10 años). Tiene un TV gigante Smart, con netflix, cable, wifi de alta velocidad. El sommier es de alta calidad 2,5 plazas - Queen (160 cm). Las toallas y sabanas son de algodón blanco, tiene un baño full muy equipado y cuenta con shampoo y acondicionador.

Building under renovation, with construction noise. Special discounts for the duration of the renovations. I also have parking if you are traveling with your vehicle. Extra cost paid for at check-in, but you must book before entering the parking lot. Excellent independent apartment, modern and comfortable. Located on the building's terrace, it is a quiet and safe option with lots of air and light, just a step away from the Patio Olmos Shopping Mall. You can walk to places of interest.

Today the neighborhood shows the latest trends in local design, trendy bars, the craftsman fair and antique dealers. With great nightlife, access to public transport, 10 blocks from downtown and 6 blocks from Sarmiento Park, 5 blocks from Patio Olmos shopping. You'll love my place because of the cozy space, as we usually live here and have all the comforts. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers and families with children

Our guests choose our complex for the incredible views of the entire city of Villa Carlos Paz that it offers and for the excellent location of the cabin, as it is located on the side of the mountain, in a natural and very quiet place that at the same time is only 11 blocks from downtown. The cabin has access to the pool, solarium, terrace with private barbecue, and the extensive green spaces that surround it.

Everything was comfortable, there were many things to do, the area is accessible, it is very central, the problem was that the elevator is very small so to carry the luggage up is a little bit difficult but beyond that it was fine Juan is a very good host and the area is perfect for getting around Córdoba

Luciana's accommodation is beautiful and has everything you need for a short or long stay. It's spacious and quiet, perfect for relaxing and working. Both Luciana and Daniel are excellent hosts, they made me feel very comfortable. The welcome gift is a special touch. The area is very nice too, close to downtown but still quiet to live and travel. Thanks to both of you! I highly recommend them.
