Bungalow vacation rentals in Menai Strait

we had a wonderful stay. the house and garden was perfect for my 3 young children, and a close walk to a perfect large sandy beach with swimming and a playground.

The bungalow was a perfect base for our holiday in Abersoch. Walkable to the shops, beach and restaurants. 3 double bedrooms was ideal. The garden was a gorgeous sun trap in the afternoon with plenty of comfortable seating. We would stay again.

We had a great time at Lorraine’s place. There’s clearly a lot of time and thought gone into the decor, as it’s a lovely homely feel. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you’d need. Location wise it is a stones throw from a beautiful beach that almost felt like our own private beach at times. There’s some nice cafes a short walk away or our favourite was Tu Mundo in Prestatyn which is a short drive away. All dog friendly of course 🐶🐾 Lorraine herself is a lovely human who was communicative during our stay and checking we had everything we needed. Just returned from the most phenomenal stay at Karen’s beautiful home, Sen Y Dwr. The overall quality and standard of literally everything were outstanding. Spectacular views. Luxurious furniture, amenities and carefully thought out decor made this the very best Air BnB we have ever stayed in. Very well appointed kitchen, comfortable lounge with uninterrupted views over the bay. Comfortable beds, high quality bedding and towels. A gorgeous welcome gift sampling the local goods. Washing machine, dish washer, excellent kitchen appliances and everything you will need for cooking etc. Easy to find, ample parking with an EVSE if required. Plenty to see and do locally. Karen was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable, and very responsive to any requests. An absolute gem of a find. Would recommend this property to anyone with no hesitation. We will most certainly be back at some point to stay again (and can only hope for the same weather we just had!!) Thank you Karen xx

A wonderful cottage for the 3 generations of our family. The cottage feels like a family home and is as described on the listing. The kitchen is very well equipped. The location is perfect for a family beach holiday (it is a 2 minute walk) and the sunsets just beautiful. Right on the coastal path for walks too and fairly easy reach of Rhoaneigr for amenities. The road is right outside but back garden fully enclosed so felt safe letting our child roam free outside. Would love to return.

Firstly, what a beatifu location. Very impressed with the facilities available. Parking is great and nice and private. Large outdoor space that gets the sun till evening. Can’t recommend this place enough!! We will be back here to explore more of Anglesey!

Airbnb site gives the wrong address/google map location but once house was located everything was perfect. Just like the pictures, really beautiful. Great family fun in the games room! Would definitely return and recommend.

We felt at home the moment we walked into the bungalow. It is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. It is situated in a very peaceful and beautiful area with fantastic costal walking only 5 minutes away. The large panoramic windows give amazing seascape views

Great location!! It was the perfect place to be able to disconnect of our busy lives in the big city. The surroundings are so beautiful and peaceful. Definitely recommend.

An amazing host Margaret! Everything was spot on and very clean. It is a very spacious house with all the amenities and lots of toys for kids. The view from the kitchen was heavenly! Ample space for car parking. Margaret was there to welcome us and gave all the instructions and contacts. She even came back with supplies for our stay. When we asked for any local attractions, she replied to us straight away with directions to the nearby beach and walking trail. The location is nestled between green mountains where you can see sheep’s next to your garden. All of us including our kids enjoyed the stay to the moon. I can’t go away without giving five stars to Margaret and her house. Thanks very much, Aneesh

We had 5 wonderful days. The house is beautiful and we felt at home. Ideal location from which to see the rest of the Island and to enjoy the beach. John was a great host.

Our stay at Craig Ddu was fab, the views from the house were spectacular and were great to wake up to every morning and chill out with before bed in the evening. If you’re looking for a spot as a good base in Anglesey, We’d totally recommend!

A great stay, bungalow in a perfect location a nice walk to Rhyl and a quick drive to Preststyn, Conwy & Llandudno. Communication was great, proactive and helpful. Accommodation was comfortable and clean. Perfect for our family stay

My sister and I have stayed in many Airbnbs between us and we both felt this was easily one of our top favourites! It was perfect for our family getaway. Kay was a brilliant host - excellent communication and very accommodating. The place is a lovely home in a beautiful setting. We will definitely book a stay again.
