Located at the gateway to the Vosges, 25 minutes from Épinal, 40 minutes from Lake Gerardmer and the slopes in winter. Numerous mountain bike trails in the village of Julien Absalon. Warm and peaceful new house in wood, 2 floors for 7 people, built in 2023, equipped as at home, with all the comforts, located at the exit of a small village in a green and quiet setting, planted with 9000 m2, unfenced. In the heart of the Vosges, just 15 km from Épinal, 25 km from Remiremont or Gérardmer. Minimum 3-night rental. Immediate access to the forest for walks or hikes, mountain biking and beautiful road routes for cyclists.

Lô-Bin-Ïa, a cottage in harmony with nature.

We built our bioclimatic wooden frame chalet so that it restores a soft and natural atmosphere in harmony with the surrounding nature. Its name Lô-Bin-Ïa comes from its source which flows next to the chalet. And it is in this sweetness that we want to welcome you. You will have access to downhill and cross-country ski trails, lakes and waterfalls less than 1/2 hour from the chalet. Many hiking trails are present around the chalet.

accommodation located in a corner of greenery, with a magnificent view of the verge and our beautiful mountains , private terrace with jacuzzi giving direct access to the room. A relaxing area with private garden of about 40 m2 where you can also rest,terrace + barbecue accessible for you and your children. We can accommodate 4 people: 2 people on a sofa bed in the living room, and 2 more people in the bedroom.

Small cocoon of well-being and sweetness , the sugar shack has been entirely designed with noble materials mixing wood , stone and metal. The jaccuzi , the Finnish sauna, and the dwelling net with views of a private pond gives our chalet a unique character You will appreciate the fireplace of the chalet, a real charming asset, which creates a warm and authentic atmosphere, perfect after a day outdoors.
