Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Melton Hill Lake

This was exactly what my large (four children) family needed while attending a local wedding. This house is large, clean, and very organized. I could not have asked for better during our stay. Thanks very much!

Very clean and everything we needed for our stay. We needed a couple of extra linens and blankets and James brought them to us. He was also proactive in bringing us some (caffeinated)coffee, which we didn't even request but were grateful to have.

We stayed here for 2 weeks while waiting on home renovations to be completed in our own house. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, and we loved the long driveway with extended area for additional parking. We appreciated have full use of the garage to park our cars out of the son and rain. The house was comfortable for our teenagers and two pets. Beautiful fenced in back yard that our dog loved. Kitchen was very nice for making meals and we appreciated the coffee supplies. King beds were very comfortable. Wrong time of year for us to enjoy the pool area, but would be super fun during the summer time and we appreciated the pool table/ping pong area for gathering friends during long, warm summer nights. The only draw back were the shallow bathtubs. Perfectly fine for bathing children, but if you’re a teenager or adult who enjoys soaking tubs, best save the soaking for the hot tub in the backyard. ;) All in all, it was a nice and comfortable stay.

Sheila’s home was incredible, if you’re looking to get away from the busy hustle of everyday life, book a stay here and make sure to stop at a grocery store. Only a couple hours from the Gatlinburg, an hour or so from cookeville, makes this a great spot for day outings. This was everything that we wanted! Sheila and Darryl were the nicest people, with lots of information, shortcuts, and jokes to be had. We’re already planning our next trip back down so that we can bring our pups!

Third time staying here, and always enjoy my stay here. Robert is a great host!

This airbnb was in the center of everything! It was easy to get around, the beds were comfy and fit all of us comfortably. The host was super responsive. Check in was easy. Be aware the upstairs has slanted ceilings so being spatially aware to not run into it is key.

We had a great stay for Easter weekend. The house is kept very clean and has thoughtful extras throughout! The waterfall, creek and fire pit were enjoyed each day of the stay. Thank you for sharing your wonderful property with others!

This is the second time I rented this amazing home. It is a wonderful place to rent. The location is great, the neighborhood is lovely and the amenities of the home are fantastic. We LOVED the theater room, cooking on the grill and having a meal outside and the hot tub! The communication with the host is top tier and everything went very smooth checking in and out. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Lovely background noise with all the birds chirping. Very quiet neighborhood. If you want someplace to decompress and enjoy the sound of a stream or be woken by birds in the morning, then this is the place for you.

Our Volunteer City Getaway was wonderful! This space is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to anywhere you might want to get in Knoxville. The basement apartment has everything you could need during your stay, and I especially loved the peaceful deck/backyard when spending some time outside. Donna was a friendly and responsive host, we felt right at home during our weekend stay. I’d highly recommend this gem on your next trip to Knoxville!

Clean, quiet, spacious, and a gorgeous view of the mountains. I was in town for a wedding and didn’t get to truly enjoy everything that was offered, but there were nice amenities like a coffee bar. The space was comfortable.

Margy was a great host! The listing fit our 6-person family well (2 adult couples and 2 children). The place has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There are additional sleeping areas but they are in a common/shared space (keep in mind if you have more than 2 adult couples). It was clean and quiet. We had zero issues during our stay. I would highly recommend Margy as an expert host. She provides so many amenities (toiletries, plenty of bath towels, cookies on arrival, snacks, breakfast, etc.) - above and beyond expectations! We wish we could have stayed longer because the property was so beautiful!

Tony and Barb's place was perfect for my overnight stay. I loved sitting outside in the screened in porch while sipping my wine. I would definitely stay there again and since it's a fully furnished 1 bedroom apt, I would book a longer stay as well.

The Farmhouse was amazing! The rooms are spacious and inviting. The decor is beautiful. We loved everything about the space. The best part for us was that the Farmhouse wheelchair accessible so my parents could join in on the fun that is Pigeon Forge. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Martin and Nikki were wonderful hosts-- friendly, conciencious and accommodating. The space was comfortable, they were flexible with check-in/out times and they even left us snacks :) We were in town for Big Ears and, while this isn't a particularly walkable distance from the festival, it's only a short drive away. Thanks you guys, maybe we'll see you again next year!

I loved everything about my stay here! It was super private and not too far from restaurants/attractions. Andrea and Aaron were fabulous hosts and I would definitely rebook with them again!

Patrick’s place is everything we were looking for. The cabin & surrounding area are beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a day of relaxation. It’s also a very good choice for anyone traveling with dogs, this is probably one of the most dog friendly places I’ve ever stayed. We will definitely be back!

Nice clean place- out of the way of the city noise but close enough to get to every thing in a reasonable time. And you don’t have to drive through the crazy mountain roads to reach the place!

Everything was exactly as described. Furniture was beautiful, the upstairs bathroom is brand new & GORGEOUS. Very clean.

The house was perfect! Loved the hot tub and pool table. Peaceful area, and super spacious. I liked that the cabin was not far off of the parkway so it is a short drive to attractions/restaurants. Perfect for a couples getaway! Phyllis was kind, responsive, and helpful with whatever we needed. Definitely one of the best cabins we’ve stayed in and would for sure recommend!

Convenient location. WE loved the house because it fit our needs for our toddler and 4 adults. With all the ice and snow we were indoors a lot and the accommodation's were very comfortable . Beautiful cabin. Was everything we had hoped for. Would stay there again if we returned.

Amazing place! My family and I enjoyed our stay. My kids enjoyed the toys and very kid friendly.

We had the limit and everyone fit nicely! All adults mixed group ranging 20’s to 60, very accommodating not flexible on time. In and out as scheduled. Cleaners were waiting for us to leave 7 minutes before our check out time. Otherwise the house was great. Plenty of dishes and cookware. Pond was nowhere to be found. Everything else great! House and rooms were very clean and I’m pretty picky about beds and bathrooms! Would recommend!
