An excellent apartment with a fantastic view. The host was very responsive when we had a few teething problems. All sorted very professional and quickly. It was our 1st holiday in 8 years. So too unwind in this peaceful place was lovely. We would love to come back and stay again. But being a superhost myself, its not that easy to go away. All in all a great location and having a car enanbled us to see a lot of the island.

We had a big group and we stayed at the villa for 10 nights. Location is very good.15 min walk from promenad and 15 min walk from mercadona.We loved cooking for ourselves and villas kitchen was very well equipped with everything which was super. Very good jacuzzi and it was always warm. We enjoyed sunsets at the terrace. When we come next time it would be nice to have small towels for everyone. We loved our stay very much and definately will recommend it to others. Thank you for having us

Gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, die einen sehr privaten Außenbereich bietet. Die gesamte Bungalowsiedlung ist gepflegt, gärtnerisch bestens in Schuss. Die beiden Pools hatten wir fast allein. Waren nur 4 Tage in der Unterkunft, kommen gern wieder. Perfekt zum Entspannen und/oder für Ausflüge in Maspalomas usw. Bushaltestelle in 3 Gehminuten, div. Einkaufscenter fußläufig. Carmelo ist ein wundervoller Gastgeber, der versucht alles möglich zu machen für einen tollen Aufenthalt.

We had an absolutely amazing week in Maspalomas! The apartment exceeded our expectations—it was spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered a breathtaking view that we never got tired of. Waking up to the stunning scenery each morning made our stay even more special. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this destination!

Blanca was a great host. second bedroom very noisy but it was ok for kids. area is very quiet in May, some restaurants close by but good walk to get to busier areas. beautiful beach, easy parking and some restaurants close by.

Nous n’avons manqué de rien pendant notre séjour, super logement, calme, propre et à côté de tout !

Tutto bene. Location non consigliabile se si viene in auto. Parcheggi introvabili durante il giorno. Alloggio pulito e letto comodo.

Perfect . Immaculate, tasteful & clean. We enjoyed walking to the local beaches & restaurants. Very easy to catch a bus further afield ( Porto Mogan ) cost 1.75 euro. Local SPAR shop fantastic - everything you need . Sun all day on front patio from 11am until those stunning sun sets . The steps to the beach are a challenge - but we were running them several times a day because we can.The apartment has an nespresso coffee machine , SMEG kettle. Large fridge freezer, dishwasher & washing machine. Plus hair dryer Everything looked new.

My second time at this apartment and I look forward to staying again in the future. Perfect location for Yumbo and the beach. Nice pool, good building, great apartment and amazing hosts. I definitely recommend it.

Wir können das Haus von Nicolas nur empfehlen. Highlight ist die Terasse mit der tollen Aussicht. Direkt nebenan der Pool, der von 11.00-19.00 benutzt werden kann. Ansonsten ist fußläufig der Strand von Anfi zu erreichen, wo auch einige Restaurants und Geschäfte sind. Wir sind auch mit dem Bus nach Puerto Rico gefahren, wo auch jede Menge Restaurants sind. Praktisch ist auch die Garage direkt vor der Tür, die man nutzen kann wenn man in der Straße keinen Parkplatz findet. Nicolas war sehr flexibel was An - und Abreise betraf. Er hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet, wenn man Fragen hatte. Wir würden auf jedenfall wieder kommen.

Laura and Eleazar were offering helping hands, been working on my last minute book request rapidly and tried everything to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Apartment is very well located, everything reachable by a max 10 min walk! Sometimes at night a bit noisy (but not disturbing). Felt very comfortable from the first minute to the last. Huge thank you to the both of you!

Sehr schönes Apartment in einer sehr guten Lage. Modern eingerichtet, alles sauber tip top. Würde jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung und natürlich die Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Ausblick war grandios. Es war alles da und bei Problemen könnte man sich zu jeder Zeit bei der lieben Conny melden. Vielen Dank für alles.

Ottimo soggiorno, ci siamo davvero rilassati nella struttura di Marisa. Lei gentilissima e disponibile, la casa seppur un pochino buia è pienamente soddisfacente, ha tutto il necessario e pulita. La consiglierei sicuramente! Il terrazzo con piscina è la vera chicca della casa, uno spazio completamente nostro e totalmente indipendente, privacy garantita! Grazie di tutto.

Super schöner Ausblick auf das Meer und nicht zu langer Weg an den Strand. Gute Anbindung mit dem Bus an Nachbarorte zum Essen gehen abends. Hatte von der Ausstattung alles, was man sich wünschen kann und Jurga war super hilfsbereit.

Perfekte Lage, sehr schöne Wohnung und ein toller Strand am sauberen Atlantik. In der Wohnung hatte es an nichts gefehlt. Feeling like Home. Zum Zeitpunkt unserer Reise war das Ambiente in näheren Umgebung privat, keinerlei Anzeichen von Massentourismus. Ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Sollte uns eine weitere Reise nach Gran Canaria werden fragen wir sicherlich bei Juan an.

Kleine aber feine Unterkunft mit klasse Lage, ideal für zwei Personen. Die direkte Strandlage ist super, aber auch mit dem Bus oder zu Fuß sind umliegende Strände gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sowohl in der Wohnung, als auch in der Gegend immer wohl und sicher gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Christian lief äußerst gut. Er hatte uns beim check-in empfangen & auch unsere frühe Anreise war kein Problem. Empfehlenswert!

Excellent place to stay with plenty of space and very clean. The air-conditioning is great and needed at night. And our welcome host, Richard was fantastic, warm friendly and full of knowledge about the local areas and resturants. all in all... a great experience and place to stay. l would highly recommend it. Dieses kleine Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat einen wunderbaren Meerblick. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist wirklich bemerkenswert und es gibt schönes Essgeschirr aus Porzellan, nicht wie in einer Bewertung geschrieben, aus Plastik. Ein Punkt war etwas ungünstig- es sind keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern angebracht. Wir (2 Personen) hatten eine tolle Woche und können die kleine Wohnung wirklich empfehlen, danke Paul!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of storage space, and the location was unbeatable—just a minute’s walk to restaurants and the marina, and only a few minutes from the beach. Everything was within easy walking distance. Puerto de Mogán is a truly magical place—peaceful, picturesque, and full of charm. We loved the marina, the quiet beach, spotting tropical fish in the clear water, and watching crabs on the rocks. The blossom-lined streets around the accommodation made it even more special. The town winds down around 10–10:30 PM, which suited us perfectly—it was ideal for relaxed evenings with a glass of wine, followed by a restful night and early morning walks for breakfast. Thank you, Evelyn, for your warm hospitality. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Great accommodation, far larger than we need but we like plenty of space and are prepared to pay extra for it. Ilse was a great communicator prior, helped our taxi driver find the property on arrival, allowed check out later than expected and booked us a taxi back to the airport. One thing that I think is missing is a book/folder of local recommendations and instructions, although Ilse does have a blog with some wider recommendations. Overall we really enjoyed the stay, highly recommended.

het is werkelijk waar een perfecte accomodatie. Het terras is ruim met voldoende schaduw en privacy. Je loopt zo het strand op. De bedden vonden wij wat hard maar verder was het perfect. Luis bedankt. Voor ons kon het niet beter. Hopelijk tot ziens.

Our stay was amazing, the best part was of course the view! Beach is downstairs and plenty beaches walks and buses away. Great supermarkets and plenty restaurants right downstairs and had everything we needed in the apartment and more! Really lovely host and super responsive, do not hesitate to book here our stay was perfect ❤️
