This is a lovely cute little apartment with a kitchen, bathroom and living room with a double bed (140 cm). Renovated in 2025. The apartment has its own private entrance and is located in the corner of the property. You have access to your own patio and small grass patch. The accommodation is suitable for vacation, business travelers, cyclists passing along the Kattegattsleden. The apartment is only about 400 meters from the beach and 100 meters to the bus stop, with good connections to Laholm, Båstad and the train station CLEANING & BED LINEN INCLUDED

Sit back and relax in this peaceful, elegant accommodation in wonderful & harmonious Mellbystrand close to Sweden's longest sandy beach (12 km). If you want to experience the pulse of Båstad during the Summer on festival or tennis week, it is only 15 minutes away! A trailer is set up just outside the property in which up to 5 children can sleep. If there is a need for a car (Tesla) or electric scooter, this can be rented during the stay, just one such thing. 😉 Please let us know in advance if you would like to borrow the car.

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful and private accommodation within bathrobe distance from the beach. In the spacious garden you follow the sun all day or find cool under the tree. The sea is constantly present and glimpses between the pine trees . On the dead end street with a path leading down to the sea and salty dips, it is difficult not to enjoy. Attefallsstugan is modern and cozy, furnished with 3-4 beds. The greenhouse on the property may be shared with other guests as some periods rent the large cabin.

En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.
