Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance of a hamlet. The bay windows give access to the terrace and the small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the courtyard. We live in the adjoining house, not overlooked, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the cottage. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. Ideally located for visiting South Finistère and Morbihan, the house is 15 minutes from the beaches, 15-30 minutes from many tourist places and 5 minutes from the village of Rédéné by car. The beaches are 20 minutes away and the proximity to the expressway (5 minutes) will allow you to visit Morbihan as well as Finistère. Prices are attractive given the quality of the accommodation. The house is also suitable for hosting a team of craftsmen.
