About 300m away is a well-stocked supermarket, all about a 10-minute drive from the seaside resort of Torre San Giovanni.

It is the typical Salento house built between the late 1800s and early 1900s, it has star ceilings, cement tiles and doors, windows, balconies, handles, railings etc. are vintage. The house is spacious, welcoming, refined and from the first moments makes guests feel at ease as they are surrounded by beauty and authenticity. From November 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024, I apply a 10% discount on the weekly rate and a 30% discount for 28-day stays.

Our beautiful historical terrace house was built in 17th century, is located in the middle of historical centre of Gallipoli, near the Basilica di Sant'Agata and was completely renovated with great care in 2018 with the idea of creating a very comfortable, quiet and relaxing place. Great restaurants, chic bars, beautiful Purita beach and shops are all 2 minutes by walk from the front door. Large car parking is about 200 m from our house.

Vacation home in Melissano, suitable for families. Large property with two bedrooms, kitchen, air conditioners in each room, washing machine, dishwasher, bathroom with shower, outdoor space and indoor parking space. The house is located in an optimal position to move easily to the nearby coastal resorts (Torre San Giovanni, Gallipoli, Mancaversa, Torre Suda...) with a few km by car and without stress. Pets are allowed.
