“A Casa te l' Ada”

Comfortable and independent accommodation of 50 square meters with a nice courtyard of 20 square meters located on the ground floor and in a quiet area in the city center with all services. Recently renovated, the rooms reflect the Salento construction characteristics with high star vaults and period masonry. On the other hand, the terrace and the "vedetta" room are forbidden to guests due to renovation work (currently suspended), the non-use of which does not affect the enjoyment of the apartment.

Apartment with large terrace overlooking the sea. Two bedrooms for a total of four beds. Equipped with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two separate beds that can be joined together if necessary. The roof is made of insulated wood, which in addition to making the house perfectly insulated, together with the aged parquet creates a warm and vintage atmosphere at the same time. The living room-kitchen has a splendid kitchenette. Equipped with a large terrace overlooking the sea.

This small typical apulian house, newly renovated, is located in the heart of the old town of Matino, close to the Palazzo Marchesale, just a short walk from Piazza S. Giorgio and the church. Matino is a really authentic and characteristic village and is just a few kms from Gallipoli and some of the most beautiful beaches in Salento (Punta della Suina, Punta Pizzo, Baia Verde….). There are several shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bar and free parking spots within close walking distance.
