Welcome to our simple and charming cottage by the beautiful Morsjøen – perfect for those looking for peace, nature and real cottage atmosphere. There is no electricity, no water - but everything you need to find your resting pulse. Inside the cabin you will find two cozy bedrooms with bunk beds (185 cm long), a simple kitchen area with a gas burner, and a good wood stove that keeps you warm on cold evenings. The outhouse is right outside – simple, but clean. Morsjøen and nearby fishing waters offer good fishing opportunities.

The storehouse is cozy to charming with a warm welcoming atmosphere, where it is possible to enjoy, as well as have nice conversations! It is also possible to prepare meals together in a fully equipped kitchen and relax with TV afterwards. Here you can experience the tranquility and beauty of the countryside and take delicious trips nearby! Short distance to Gaula, Øysand and Bymarka.

Gårdstunet is located high and free at the top of Buvika , direct access to exit terrain and outdoor activities. 6 km from Buvika city centre, and barely 30 km from Trondheim city centre. Living room/Kitchen and bathroom on the 1st floor, on the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 room with single bed and writing desk, and 1 TV room. Bed covers/pillowcases/towels included. Guests clean before check out, cleaning is included(NOK 300.-)

Fantastic place with unique location and lovely view, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place for yourself, 2 nice cabins with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and city center, without losing the cabin feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun loungers, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Modern and spacious cabin of about 140 sqm idyllically located close to the beach edge on Selbusjøen, just half an hours drive from Trondheim city center. Spacious with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which has a combined washing machine and tumble dryer. Two bedrooms with beds for adults and a children's room with bed for larger children. In addition, there is a basement living room with double sofa bed with two pull-out beds. TV in all floors, PS5 in the basement.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)
