Cozy outdoor area with proximity to hiking terrain. 10 minutes quiet walk you take up to several fishing/bathing waters. The cabin is from 1937, the standard is characterized by this, but it is part of the charm. Electricity, no running water inside, must bring your own. Road all the way to the cabin door, about 400 meters road that is not cleared in winter Sleeps: 1 double bed and crib in bedroom. 1 inflatable double bed. 1 field bed

Living room/Kitchen and bathroom on the 1st floor, on the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 room with single bed and writing desk, and 1 TV room. Old and charming cottage! A lot is renovated, while a little remains. Here you have a lake right outside the door, undisturbed from others. Which is unique to the space. Bathing area with jetty, diving board and benches in the immediate vicinity. There is a quiet boat, 2 sup boards, life vests, fishing rod, barbecue and fire-pan. Weigh all the way up to the cabin. Connected to electricity and water(well), and incineration toilet inside. There is no internet, or TV channels. Towels and bedding clothes included.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)
