Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Melfi

Enza was an excellent host, we are very happy that we decided to rent this apartment. The apartment was exactly as described and was exceptionally clean, she provided lots of snacks and coffee for our stay, and she provided prompt communication. The apartment was fully equipped for virtually everything you could need and the location in centro storico was fantastic. Grazie Enza!

Salvatore è una persona molto disponibile e presente durante tutto il soggiorno, per qualsiasi esigenza. L'appartamento è stato davvero gradevole, fornito di tutto, ben pulito e ordinato. Per riscaldare l'ambiente avevamo a disposizione 2 stufe elettriche a lampade, che non erano super efficaci nello scaldare l'ambiente, ma sedendosi vicino si stava bene. Il top sarebbe stato avere un impianto di condizionatore inverter con due split. Un grande plus la lavatrice e asciugatrice, ideale in questo periodo dell'anno. Location ideale per visitare Bonito e naturalmente i dintorni di Benevento, Pietrelcina in primis.

Alloggio molto bello e curato nei dettagli; traspare la passione e l'attenzione per questa attività di hosting - un esempio è l'omaggio di un prodotto tipico, ulteriore attenzione riservata. Consiglio a tutti una sosta presso la sua meravigliosa struttura per visitare le ricchezze paesaggistiche e architettoniche del Cilento interno e del Vallo di Diano.

Emilia Anna is more than a super host. She made us feel like family as soon as we arrived. The loft was exquisite, clean, and spacious. Very well equipped for all our needs. Emilia was always attentive and responsive and a great source of information for the area. She responded to all of our questions with lightning speed. Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. Appartamento finemente arredato fin nei minimi particolari, pulizia impeccabile, avevamo tre bambini piccolissimi che hanno gattonato per tutto il tempo e il pavimento era pulitissimo. Cucina ben attrezzata, la signora Maria Antonietta gentilissima, ci ha fatto usare la lavatrice per emergenza. Consigliatissimo per posizione, comodità e pulizia.

Perfect in every way! Alessandro met us at the plaza near the apartment and spend about an hour helping us with our luggage, giving us a tour of the apartment and tips on where to find essential items locally. When we had a problem with the wifi he brought special tools and fixed the connection immediately. By the time we left we considered Alessandro a friend. And the apartment was the nicest and most affordable one we have ever rented on Airbnb. In addition to being a beautiful modern space, it was stocked with all of the essentials you would possibly need for cooking, bathing and laundry. While we enjoyed Rome, Naples, Ostuni and Matera, it was a treat to escape the crowds of tourists and enjoy a quiet, historic, southern Italian town. We could not have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Alessandro's apartment if you're planning to visit this part of Italy.

La casa è ospitale e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari al soggiorno. La posizione è molto comoda per spostarsi in auto e si può parcheggiare la propria auto in sicurezza nel cortile di pertinenza. La casa è a ridosso del centro cittadino ma semi indipendente. Pietro è una persona estremamente disponibile, sempre reattivo nelle risposte e sempre gentile.

Very very nice place with an incredible view. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is peaceful and full of charm, ideal for anyone wanting to experience authentic southern Italy away from the tourist crowds. Communication with the host was easy and friendly, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway!

The apartment situated in the old town is charming, with a mini balcony where you can sit and a wonderful terrace on the top of the roof. In Andia, everything is within reach, with few tourists, so you can really feel the pulse of the city. Vincenzo is available all the time. He took us on a tour of the former residences under the house and it was amazing. A lovely apartment and a city with a soul, it won us over.

Angela est une personne incroyable, le logement proposé est superbe, l’endroit est calme et reposant, la piscine est un vrai plus, et le jardin avec transat et hamac est génial. Angela nous a recommandé des restaurants qui étaient divins, où nous avons été accueillis super bien, elle avait même réservé pour nous ! Bref allez-y les yeux fermés ! Gros coup de coeur pour Malaika et surtout Nana, ses chiennes qui sont tellement adorables !

Très bel appartement spacieux, très bien situé proche de toutes commodités. Ce que nous aurions aimé : des volets ou rideaux occultants car nous avions la lumière du jour très tôt le matin Sinon tout était parfait merci à Andrea pour sa réactivité , nous reviendront avec plaisir

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt hier. Der Check-In sowie Check-Out war super einfach. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar und gaben uns Tipps über Aktivitäten/Events/Partys in der Stadt. Ebenso wurde einem kein Wunsch ausgeschlagen sondern immer versucht uns entgegen zu kommen. Ein Transfer zur Unterkunft und zurück wurde uns sogar auch organisiert. Somit können wir sagen dass das ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt war, die Unterkunft sauber und schön und besonderes Danke an die Gastgeber!

Great house and great host. Everything was clean and convenient. The only problem is that my car was robbed outside at the street, Foggia is unsafe when it comes to parking. Host also has a garage but my car was too big. Would definitely return but with a smaller car or no car
