Vacation rentals in Melcroft

This is probably our favorite Airbnb rental to date. Our family of four loved this house. It was clean, peaceful and beautiful and Susan could not have been a better host both in how responsive she was and how helpful she was in answering questions about the area. Deep Creek Creek is an awesome family friendly choice and if we come back to the area we will 100% stay here if it’s available.

My husband and I were getting married and we decided that although we live just a few minutes up the road that some privacy before and after the wedding would be needed. I didn’t feel like I was near my home, it felt away from everything, no one bothered us and the place was great. The jacuzzi was absolutely amazing, and we had everything we needed.

This is the second time we had a girls weekend here! We loved staying here the first time, and it was just as lovely the second time! Always clean, super responsive, and has all of the amenities. Will continue to make it a tradition.

The cabin was welcoming and very clean. The separate game room was an added bonus. We didn't get to make use of the lake being there in April but the view was pretty. We enjoyed the hot tub with our morning coffee and in the evening under the stars. An easy drive to Ohiopyle and Confluence. Rachel was very responsive to our many questions and takes pride in the property.

Michael has a beautiful home to enjoy a relaxing vacation. He was very attentive and responsive to any questions that we had. Great host! Thank you, Michael !!

We really enjoyed our stay in April. It was a perfect size for three of us and two dogs. The hot tub was amazing and the bathrooms are very clean. Everything we wanted to do was within a 15 minute drive. I highly recommend this spot to anyone who wants a quiet and cozy stay.

The hosts were easy to reach & communicative, Including offering a late checkout due to blizzard weather conditions. We had a large family gathering. The location of this house is perfect for skiing, so close to everything. We had different ages & levels, being nearby was amazing for making drop offs & pick ups. You can also walk. Plenty of room for our family. Many games. These large homes tend to have colder, lower level bedrooms & family rooms. This house was well equipped with small heaters & lots of extra blankets making everything cozy. The kitchen is equipped with many small appliances, blender, slow cooker, toaster oven, hand mixer, & various coffee options, etc One caution are the stairs to lower level. They are very near the front door. I would recommend keeping a light on at night. Learned the hard way. There is a gate located in hall closet for extra protection. We will definitely keep this house on our list!

We had a great stay at Jennifer’s place - the home was spacious and plenty big for our two families. The kitchen was well equipped and the shuttle service was convenient and quick. Jennifer was very accommodating of our group and we hope to be back soon!

We were a group of 12 and had an amazing stay! The house is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly suited for a large group. It’s well equipped with all the amenities, utensils, and kitchen essentials you could need. The location is fantastic, it’s quiet, friendly, and with a 24/7 shuttle that conveniently takes you to and from the resort. The host was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and provided detailed instructions and great recommendations, which we truly appreciated. We absolutely loved our stay!!
