Vacation rentals with a sauna in Mekong River

The host was very kind. The room was bright and clean, and they changed the bedding and cleaned the room when I requested. It’s located right in the city center, so it was very convenient to get around. I would love to stay here again next time I visit.

The accommodation was perfect for our stay. The playground inside the complex is an added value for those like me who travel with children. The structure has everything you could need!

It's an open, light-filled loft that feels spacious and airy, located in a large residential complex by the riverside - far enough from the center to let you choose between peace and excitement. The nearby pier has a bar, a restaurant, and a spot where people come to sing in the evenings, which is perfect when you don't feel like going too far out. Juan welcomes you warmly and is happy to recommend things to do nearby.

베트남을 좋아해서 베트남 30번넘게방문했고 현재 37일째 체류중입니다. 어지간한 에어비엔비 다 다녀봤지만 후기남기는건 처음입니다. 만족하지 않는 부분이 없었습니다. 메트로폴 3곳 (겔러리아 투디엠, 겔러리아 레지던스, 오페라) 모두 이용해봤는데 전반적으로 치안,청결,접근성 모두 좋습니다. 오페라의 최대장점은 가장 최근에 완공 되었다는것 이고요 최대단점이 저녁에 인접해있는 공터가 현지 젊은 커플들의 핫플레이스로 사용 되고있어 여러 행사로 약간 시끄러울 수 있다는것인데, MANUKA 호스트의 아파트는 공터반대편이어서 너무너무 조용했습니다. 가장중요한건 호스트가 관리를 어느정도로 하느냐 인데요, 근처 숙소들 보시면 1년이내 호스트들이 좀 있는데요 말은 자기것처럼 이야기하지만 대부분이 전전세나 위탁운영이라 관리부분이 좀 소홀하거나 소통도 직원들이랑 해야하고, 기다려야하고 이런 것들에 불편함이 많았습니다. 반면 MANUKA 호스트는 본인이 직접 발로 뛰면서 관리 하더군요. 직접 숙박객을 안내해주고 하는 모습만 봐도 행동 하나하나에 당당함이 느껴집니다. 영어도 정말 잘하시고 소통에 불편함이 전혀 없고요. 다른분들도 처음에 어떻게 체크인 해야하는지가 가장 신경 쓰이실텐데 다른곳 무작정 "도착하면 알려줘" 매크로 답변만 하고 와이파이도 메세지로 물어봐야하는데 여기는 건물진입하는 방법, 와이파이, 방번호, 딱 깔끔하게 사진 2장으로 정리해서 보내주더군요. 매번 비밀번호, 주소 까먹고 하면 에어비앤비키고 메세지 확인하고 이런게 일이었는데 그냥 사진 저장 해놓고 인터넷이 되든 안되든 확인할수있다는게 너무너무 편했습니다. 또 다른곳은 직원에게만 맡겨놓는지 저녁 6시 이후에는 전혀 연락이 닿질않는데 밤 9시가 넘은 시간에도 즉각 응대해주시고요, 비교하려면 끝도없이 비교할수있는데 모든부분을 비교해봐도 이 호스트가 최상위권 입니다. 하나만 봐도 열을알수있다고 이 호스트가 하는 다른숙소도 실패하지 않을겁니다. 괜히 돈써가며 후회하지 마시고 검증된곳으로 가시는걸 추천합니다.

I recently stayed at Juan’s apartment and had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a short or long-term stay. The view from the unit was stunning and the building itself offered great amenities like a gym, pool, and 24/7 security. The location is central and convenient, close to cafes, shopping malls, pharmacy store and many street food. Juan were professional and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. Overall, a great place to stay in the city—I’d definitely recommend it to others.

首先Jonathan是一个非常热情友好的房东，在门口等待我们进入房源，并且愿意提供帮助。房源的地理位置非常不错，你可以找到人很需要的饭店、便利店、酒吧。步行可达商场。楼下就有租摩托车，会更方便。房源内部安静，没有吵闹声，睡得也非常不错。总之是个完美的房源，完美的房东，感谢Jonathan🫡

I had an amazing stay! The place looks exactly like the photos—beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout. I also really appreciated how safe and secure the property felt. And that pool—so big and perfect for relaxing! Would definitely recommend and love to stay again.

A good location, sandwiched between two metro (MRT) stations - each about a 15 minute walk away. Plenty of restaurants, shops, bars within a five/ten minute walk - plus a seven-eleven within five minutes. Quiet area of the road at night meaning easy to sleep with no loud bars/restaurants keeping you awake. Apartment looks big in pictures, even bigger in real life! Great communication over W-App - would recommend for any family looking for some space, whilst in an area with plenty of options for fun, food and adventure!

Looks like the photos. The view is stupendous. The place is in a busy area next to an MRT station, so it is easy to travel and find what you need, but the unit is high enough that it is very quiet. Izii is an excellent host, making sure we were comfortable, and made our stay seamless. Would stay again!

Great stay. Small, cosy apartment, and everything was clean. A convenient 5 minute walk to Thong Lor BTS, though there are no walkways. There's also a condo pickup to the BTS, which makes up for the walk. 24 hour minimart inside the condo. Only downsides are that during my stay, the pool was closed the whole time... and slight inconvenience with meals (if there are side dishes) as there's literally only 2 bowls and 2 plates. Good to add a few more smaller bowls/plates.

Ich kam später an als ausgemacht, aber ich wurde geduldig erwartet. Die Ruhe und Privatsphäre haben mich begeistert. Ok, man braucht ein Fahrzeug, aber das wusste ich ja vorher. Damit konnte ich den lokalen Markt erreichen, die Auswahl an Speisen war groß und die Preise günstig. John war bei Nachfragen immer erreichbar und hat flexibel reagiert. Jederzeit wieder.

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

Trang’s house provides a calm and beautiful oasis to return back to after a big day of ducking scooters and eating Bahn mi. This felt like a truly authentic Hà Nội experience staying in this beautiful home. Everyone’s jaw dropped as we walked through this home on check in and took in the incredible space. Trang was always so polite and responsive and helped us with any questions we had. I hope I get to come back to Hà Nội and if I do I will be staying here again! Don’t get a hotel or somewhere lame or ugly, get a truly Hà Nội experience that is extremely gram worthy.

完美的民宿，完美啊，各方面都很赞，曼谷住过的最好的民宿，或者是我住过的最舒服的民宿。床头的柜子都可以给手机无线充电，投影电视，按摩椅，桑拿房，客厅沙发还有个腿部按摩器，车库，独栋别墅，2层4卧室，乳胶床垫，乳胶被子，乳胶枕头，咖啡机饮水机空气净化器，洗碗机风扇，3个洗手间2个厨房，超大客厅和阳台，真是一个很安心的曼谷度假房子，五星酒店都没这里舒适，曼谷五星酒店比上海北京还贵。曼谷住过的最好的民宿了，位置也非常市中心，去哪都方便，关键晚上特别安静，我最烦曼谷的摩托车和突突车的炸街声音。居然还有个汗蒸房，真的硬件和软件都没话说，装修的材料都是好东西，格局也很好，超透气，设施设备特别完善。总之，我希望再次带家人或者好友来入住，谢谢房东。

Tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại ngôi nhà này. Căn nhà rộng rãi sạch và rất có phong cách. Chủ nhà rất thân thiện trả lời nhanh và anh ấy luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ bất kỳ khi nào chúng tôi cần. Đề xuất đến các bạn , căn nhà thực sự đáng tiền!

We had a great stay here. Tan Bao was super responsive and the support staff also very helpful to organise transport and laundry services. The place is really well fitted out and the resort surroundings really are very lovely. Would stay again.

Great option for getaway from Hanoi - fresh air, huge territory, a lot of activities. Hoai is a great host, everything went smooth and comfortable.
