Loft vacation rentals in Mekong River

Gorgeous stay, I’d definitely recommend for anyone who wants their own private accom in Hanoi. I didn’t spend a lot of time at the place since I was mostly out exploring, however the place was set up to accommodate your own cooking if you wanted to. And the one night I stayed in with the balcony bath was highly relaxing and exactly what I needed. Vivian was super helpful and communicative, which made the stay a lot easier. As well as helping organise things like airport transfers. This added a lot of ease to my trip. Ultimately, would stay here again.

An easy, enjoyable experience. Come have a great time in an artsy apartment with a genuine and kind host.

Location!! Almost opposite the National Museum, Above excellent restaurants, 50 metres to a 7/11 style store, laundry opposite, an NGO Vocational education centre opposite featuring retail, restaurants and events diagonally opposite. The apartment was excellent and being among locals in the building was a great experience. The aroma's of meals being prepared in the evenings and the friendly greetings make it that much better I'd highly recommend the hosts restaurant (20m away) for excellent coffee and friendly service plus great food. Mansour and his wife were excellent hosts and the couple of small issues I had were quickly addressed. Highly recommend.

Place was spacious and very accommodating with plenty to do near it. Lots of food nearby.

Khun Patisorn’s place is in the perfect location: next to all the Sukhumvit action and on a great little community park, but tucked away in a quiet corner. The property’s old banyan tree is also a special one. All up, it was a neat, easy and comfortable stay for our family of four. And Khun Patisorn was a great host - very responsive, helpful and flexible.

Great place to stay! Easy check in, the place was super clean and felt like home the moment I walked through the door. I look forward to booking this place again!

The home is worth every penny paid and very good host. Ann accomodated our late check-out out request too and great support and recommendations from her. Location is central in city and more than enough to keep you folks engaged.

Ótima acomodação… tudo perfeito e aconchegante, vi alguns comentários que o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, mais está funcionando perfeitamente. Com certeza voltarei todos muito educados. Se quer um local tranquilo e perto da estação BTS va para essa hospedagem.

Đường vào là 1 con ngõ nhỏ sau đó là giếng trời mang lại cảm giác rất truyền thống và khá đặc biệt. Cửa có thiết bị điện tử rất an toàn và mới mẻ. Bước vào phòng, chưa bật đèn tôi đã sững lại một chút với ô cửa sổ từ trần nhà, nó mang lại ánh sáng tự nhiên của bên ngoài chiếu rọi một góc căn phòng thoáng mát rộng rãi cùng bức tranh mang đậm tính nghệ thuật trên tường. Thực sự nơi này mang lại cảm giác như nhà mình, vô cùng sạch sẽ, có máy giặt và sấy quần áo; mở cửa ra ban công có thể thấy góc phố nơi sinh hoạt nhộn nhịp của người dân địa phương. Ngoài ra khi chúng tôi đến sớm, Ann đã rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ tôi cất đồ để có thể thăm thú xung quanh. Nói chung đây là lần đặt phòng khiến tôi hạnh phúc nhất từ trước đến giờ.

The apartment was great, comfortable and cozy with everything you need. Communication and instructions were easy and simple. Very well located. The only thing which was not the apartment’s fault, there’s right behind a night club which we could hear the subwofers very close until 2:30AM.

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich eine Perle in Bangkok. Ich hab geschlafen wie ein König. Der Glasbau im oberen Stockwerk um das Bett herum macht die ganze Atmosphäre sehr ruhig und entspannt zum schlafen. Aber auch die gesamte Wohnung sehr modern, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ich werde immer wiederkommen. Für mich eins der besten Unterkünfte in Bangkok.

Very nice hip place to stay with attention to some cool details, nice linens, pillows, fixtures... we were really pleased with place 12 minutes walk to convenient Skytrain Saphan Taksin and shopping, and 20 minutes to nice area near State Tower with good local eateries, excellent coffee etc. Note about Airbnb : location provided on map is not exact. we travel for work so we search by "Skytrain BTS Saphan Taksin" as we wish to be super close to train and local eateries/coffee and Airbnb states for listing "4 minutes walking" but since location is not exact, this listing is actually further from Skytrain , like 12 minutes, plus extra time for local eateries this only matters if you are working and in a hurry and basically lazy like us (:)

We had an amazing time in Vietnam. A huge part of that was thanks to our fantastic host, An. His place, which he manages with Chieu, is super cozy & had everything we needed for our stay. The loft was exactly as described, well equipped, clean & comfortable. Unbeatable location, right in the heart of HCMC, surrounded by great coffee spots, beautiful French colonial buildings & within walking distance of almost everything. An’s recommendations elevated our trip & helped us discover hidden gems we would not have found on our own. A fun bonus: we had to climb a few floors to reach the loft & a couple more stairs inside to access the main bedroom. It was the perfect way to squeeze in some daily cardio & helped me hit my 10000 steps goal, which I badly needed after too much sitting back home & the food we ate here at HCMC Communication with An was seamless & he was incredibly helpful & accommodating. We highly recommend this place. Thank you, An & Chieu, for making our trip so memorable!

SovannOn is an absolute sweetheart—she’s respectful, responsive, and will do anything to make your trip amazing. Shortly: If you want to understand to take it or not - my advice is TAKE. Gorgeous place to live short time and long time. Atmosphere is wonderful: you feel peaceful, free and like home. On the map it seems a bit far from the centre, but in reality it's 10 minutes and 2$ to get there by tuk-tuk (use the Grab app or PassApp). Tuk-tuk comes to pick you up in 5 minutes max. Beautiful clean pool, absolutely amazing garden in the courtyard, a BBQ place to use. Great absolutely friendly staff and the host making your stay totally comfortable. Here you have not a room like in a hotel, but completely like a house of separate bedroom and a big living room with kitchen. All the stuff to cook is here (i love to cook and felt myself rather comfortable in it), so you can make your own food if you want to. Good technique (fridge, audio bar, water cooler, AC's, toaster etc). Next time I am in Siem Reap - I know that I'll stay here 300%. Thanks to the team!

I had a really great time at Norin’s place. I chose it to spend my birthday and last couple of days in Phnom Penh. It’s a lovely loft, comfortable, bright, clean and welcoming. Tough stairs to go up with backpacks but not a deal breaker. It was a very pleasant stay :)

I had a lovely stay here at Stay & Chill. It's the perfect place for staying AND chilling. The interior of the room itself is very pretty, thoughtfully designed, clean, and well maintained. The hosts were responsive, helpful, and kind. It is well suited for short term and long term stays and the location in the city is perfect for any purpose. There are endless restaurants within a 10 minute walk, convenience stores everywhere, and several grocery stores nearby, without even MENTIONING all the fun things to do that this city has to offer. I appreciate the hosts for sharing this lovely apartment and city with me.

This is my second stay. Last time I came here for work, and this time was just on vacation. Garbage bags, extra toilet rolls, and a hair dryer were provided which I couldn't find last time. Also there were welcome snacks and elephant souvenirs for me ! Thanks a lot. Free parking lot is available, and since I rented a car this time, I was able to conveniently go to Ayutthaya, Bangkok and anywhere. The pool on the premises was great, but I was disappointed that I couldn't use the jacuzzi. I do not know why. Lastly, the manager was very kind and helpful.

My husband and I had a great time staying at Juan’s place! He had lots of recommendations for great restaurants and things to do around the city. The condo itself was lovely and very clean. My husband did unfortunately end up getting sick while we were there and Juan was super helpful by giving us directions to a pharmacy and helping us extend our reservation so that he could get better before we continued traveling. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here, and would absolutely book again when we next find ourselves in Phnom Penh!
