Best place for big family and reunion of old friends to enjoyable together. The most privacy and comfortable one. Great ambient surround with greenery view and multi level of landscape. Friendly people live around. Love this place. We will visit again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sander et Tanoi qui installent un climat de convivialité entre les différents voyageurs. Le lieu est exceptionnel : on ne se lasse pas de la vue sur le Mékong et ses rapides . C’est également une excellente opportunité de découvrir un Laos rural et authentique puisque leur lieu est l’unique point d’accueil touristique de l’île. Nous reviendrons 🤩

Nothing fact-checking, but very nice, clean place in an incredibly beautiful part of the country. A little ways away from town, but that was nice. Enjoyed taking morning walks through field and nearby Buddhist cemetery with cows and buffalo. Very peaceful. Ha ( the manager) was very kind and accommodating.

作为爬宠爱好者 这里简直就是天堂 看着院子里的陆龟慢慢悠悠很悠闲的样子很是享受。小木屋真的很棒 有种在美国大熊湖度假的感觉。所有都超出了预期。这里会作为下次来的目的地，你需要抽出两天时间来好好的享受这个庄园里的美好与宁静

Ich habe mich sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Christine ist ein super Gastgeber, immer ansprechbar und sehr nett. Die Lage ist super, man braucht nicht mal einen Roller um alles wesentliche zu erreichen. Zum Sightseeing hat Christine mir aber gleich einen vermietet. Koh Chang hat sehr schöne Orte zu bieten, die man von der Wohnung aus sehr gut erreichen kann. Es gibt hier und da mal ein Tierchen in der Wohnung, aber dafür gibt es einen wunderschönen Dschungel hinter dem Haus, das ist halt so. Am Abreisetag hat mir Christine sogar ein Taxi vom Ort bis zum Apartment gelotst. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit 🙏 .

It was such a nice stay! Peaceful, calm, only one sound is a sound of nature. 🤍 Wooden house, lots of light (and fireflies near the lake at night, ah!!), everything needed is there. You will share quite a lot of time territory with a gardener (just in case you expect to be completely by yourself it won’t be a case) but he is very nice man who gave me bicycle for my usage and it was the only one time we really interacted (I was looking for alone-time so we were just saying hello and goodbye during my stay). You can order food there or grab a taxi and go to markets or nice coffee places with wifi around. WiFi in a house is good to work as well, communication is great, Thipawan is very kind and caring woman and I would definitely recommend to go there and would come back myself! Thank you ✨✨

เป็นอีกหนึ่งที่พัก ที่ทุกคนมาแล้วรู้สึกชอบมาก สายธรรมชาติและ adventure แนะนำเลยค่ะ มีทั้งยิม และกิจกรรมให้ทำเยอะมาก และเช้าๆวิ่งออกกำลังกายได้แบบชิวๆเลย เหมาะสำหรับมาแบบเป็นกลุ่ม เพราะมีทั้งหมด 13 เตียงนอน ส่วนถ้าใครจะมามากกว่านั้นก็จะมีเต้นเสริมให้ แต่ต้องแจ้งทางที่พักไว้ก่อนนะคะ และจะบอกว่าทุกอย่างเป็นกันเองมาก โดยเฉพาะเจ้าของคุณมนตรี ดูแลเอาใจใส่ดีมากเลยค่ะ บรรยายากาศเช้าๆคือสดชื่นไปหมด กลางคืนเงียบสงบ เดินทางไปข้างนอกก็สะดวก มี 7/11 มีตลาดสด อยู่ใกล้ๆ ไม่ถึง 3 นาที มีห้องครัวใหญ่สามารถทำอาหารได้สะบายเลย อุปกรณ์มีครบทุกอย่างจริง ปิ้ง ย่าง นึ่ง อบ 😊 ตัวห้องนอนมีทั้งหมด 3 ห้อง ส่วนห้องน้ำ มี 8ห้อง และ ห้องอาบน้ำ อีก 6 แบ่งเป็นชายและหญิง 😬 มีโอกาสเราจะกลับมาอีกแน่นอนค่ะ แต่น่าจะช่วงหน้าฝน ทุกอย่างคงจะเขียวไปหมด เราจองผ่าน Airbnb นะคะ 4 คืน 5 วัน คือคุ้ม ราคาเป็นกันเองมาก🙏

I had a wonderful stay at Venekar's place. Even though I only stayed one night, I felt like it was a short holiday. My two Thai dogs loved it too and we hope to get away from for a short break away from Bangkok again very soon. The balcony overlooks the rice fields and is absolutely stunning. The are was very peaceful. Venekar also cooked my two dogs breakfast, which they both loved and baked eggs for my breakfast, which was delicious. This is a gem!

我们已经是第二次入住这个房间了，虽然这个房间的位置离开市区有点偏远，但设施和服务很棒，有些很美的花园和安静的环境，工作人员为我们准备的丰富且美味的海鲜及肉类烧烤，我们每天都很尽兴。

Wow, this place is beautiful. We extended our stay from 3 nights to 5 nights as there was so much to do nearby and we wanted to spend some time at the house which had the most incredible views. The local people are very friendly and we felt very welcome. Even though we didn’t have a car there was a lot in walking distance including restaurants. Don’t miss out on the local nature trails, they are incredible.

Great place and fantastic hosts. Very helpful in various areas including cooking food for the elderly who were not feeling well. Gave good recommendations and advice for our trip and visits to surrounding area. Hosts also prepared and decorated the dining area for Christmas. Kudos to Jen for the Xmas tree, sculpture painting for the kids, and the various chores which made our stay very enjoyable. Kids enjoyed the feeding of the chickens and roaming around the lawn. The farm was peaceful and quiet, and we woke every morning to birds singing and a gorgeous view of the nature reserve. Thumbs up!

The residence is really great, spacious and very very clean. Swimming pool is large, suitable for swimming. Kitchen is fully functional. The place is great for a relaxing trip. Host is nice and fast response.

Apiwat's house is a bit of luxury in a secluded and rustic environment. It is very comfortable, especially the bed in the bedroom upstairs and lounge in the kitchen area downstairs. The construction is unique. Dinner and breakfast are included, although the servings are quite small especially breakfast, so it is wise to bring extra food. Recommended if you want a comfortable stay a long way from hustle and bustle.

Dương và bà là những chủ nhà thân thiện dễ thương, căn nhà tuy cổ nhưng sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi hiện đại wifi, nước nóng, smart tv,.. sân vườn rất đẹp. Chúng tôi hân hạnh được làm khách nơi này. Rất cám ơn sự nhiệt tình, mến khách của Dương và bà.

Wir waren fast 3 Wochen auf der Farm. Das Essen war jeden Tag sehr gut und wurde mit frischen Zutaten von der Farm zubereitet. Die herzlichkeit und gastfreundlichkeit der Familie auf der Farm hat uns sehr gefallen und die Interaktion mit den Einheimischen im Ort war eine tolle Erfahrung. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen der das authentische Vietnam und dessen Kultur kennenlernen will. Die ruhige Lage und die schöne Natur war für uns perfekt. Wir würden hier wieder übernachten.

The stay was amazing. The property is amazing and spacious. The dogs had the entire area to run and play. The host was amazing and helped us arrange Mookata delivered to the property, and always willing to help out. The rooms were big, with really good pillows. Definitely worth the stay for anyone, big group or small.

We absolutely loved our time at Brothers Homestay in Ninh Binh! The host was amazing – so friendly, attentive, and always smiling. We were able to rent mopeds at a great price and even got to keep them after we checked out, which made exploring the area so much easier. What really stood out was that we were welcomed back for a shower before our night bus – such a thoughtful touch. The hospitality here went above and beyond. Honestly, it’s been the best place we’ve stayed in Vietnam so far. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Nihn Binh!
